The customer service was better than anything we've experienced when visiting NYC and as professionals ourselves, we greatly appreciated good service. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the team that worked breakfast, everyone was so friendly and happy to help. Located next to Grand Central Station makes it easy to navigate any metro that you need, or as we did , just walk to Times Square (fyi, we don't mind a little hike so plan accordingly). I’ve travelled to more than 100 countries, and this is the first hotel where I’ve had to pay to store my luggage — only one bag was free, and there was a charge for the second. When we were checking out, the staff seemed to ignore us. Overall, good location but disappointing service and value for money.

Jr.Oct 15, 20255.0For out of towners: (1st Modify your mind to NYC not the Midwest or South)… This hotel its perfect for when you’re visiting and need to be in the middle of Midtown, close to all the action and walking distance to Grand Central Station and even Times Square and Broadway. The rooms are nice and comfortable (remember it’s NYC so all spaces are limited). The staff is friendly, hotel is clean and they give you free breakfast in the mornings. Compared to other hotels it’s relatively affordable especially when you consider that you’re in the middle of everything! Will recommend.
