Stayed here for only one day due to the blizzard. The staff was very quick in accommodating my guests and myself in getting a room before check-in time. The room was great and spacious as it was the junior suite (had a minor issue with the door but staff was quick to fix it). Loren was an amazing staff member as he was able to help us get affordable transportation to the airport. Quiriat was also incredible as she accommodated us for the room and helped us with transportation also! 10/10 stay

An excellent 5-star stay! Even though I rated the individual categories for rooms, service (4/5), and location (3/5) slightly lower, the overall quality and experience truly felt top-tier. A great option for a seamless stay downtown.

Fantastic place. First impression could be that the rooms are not modern and nothing special, but don't be fooled. It is a very good place to stay. Beds are very comfy. Staff is remarkable really! Cleaning leadies do their work daily and very well. Breakfast is very tasty, every day different things, so you can't be bored. You can eat savory goods like patties, sausages, omelettes, and sweet ones like muffins, waffles, and sweet bread. They offer fruit, porridge, boiled eggs, toppings like blueberry, strawberry 'jam' (fresh), even chopped almonds which is really not so common in other hotels. Black coffee is really good and available 24 hours a day in the lobby so this is incredible when you are back in the evening or in the middle of the day for a break from sightseeing and you can always grab a cup of coffee or tea or hot water/chocolate. There is such a thing as iron, an iron desk in the room which makes a stay ideal! You can find a coffee maker in the room as well! Location is so good. 5 min max to the subway and Staten Island ferry. City ferries are also in very close proximity. A few minutes' walk to Wall St., Museum of American Indians, etc. A lot of places to grab sth to eat, old taverns, and spots where you can buy food for a discounted price in the evening. This was my second stay in this hotel and I couldn't praise it more!

I don’t really make any bad reviews, but this time, it’s really just to share how unhappy we were with the service and quality of the experience we got. My partner and I stayed over last weekend when it was the coldest in New York, plus near the water made it worst, so we had this trip as vacation, and we tried to had our best time, even to the many issues we got, which in first place was that the thermostat was broken, the room wouldn’t be warm enough, and I try not to complain much, but it was so cold in New York so our room as well, I was already starting to get sick and breathing cold air wasn’t helping, the only thing they offered after approaching desk was someone to look at the room, which didn’t made any difference he just look at it as say yes it broken like he didn’t make anything about it, just got us one of those old heaters, and that’s not the type of treatment you expect when you paying for a room with all the expected amenities, plus when we went to desk to see which options we had they didn’t give us many, just offered extra blanket, like are you serious, even tho with extra blanket we would still be exposed to a cold air that got me more sick, also, we asked for our bed sheets just to be changed and some clean towels, no fully clean the room, because we just really pick after ourselves, this guy at the desk definitely brush it all off because whenever we got back to hotel the room was the same, and no clean towels were sent, like he didn’t do anything about our request, when we went back down it excused by saying cleaning lady’s were gone but we did request before they were gone with enough time, he just really ignored us, also never sent towels anyways, I was just so tired to really deal with staff and drain more of my energy when I wasn’t listen in first place, please give better tools to your staff and better training for hospitality. Thanks
