We had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend this hotel.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from start to finish. They kindly held our luggage when we arrived before our room was ready so we could go out and sightsee, and they did the same after checkout the next day, which made our trip so much easier.
The night desk clerk deserves special mention — incredibly accommodating and attentive. They patiently answered all of our questions and even brought us hot water and cocoa when it ran out. That level of service really stood out.
The room was small, but perfect for a Manhattan stay. It was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the room temperature stayed comfortable throughout the night, and there was minimal noise, which made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was a good size, with excellent water pressure and temperature.
Breakfast was complimentary and while it wasn’t anything fancy, it did exactly what we needed it to do — fuel us up so we could head out sightseeing and grab something heartier later. There were eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, waffles, bread, juices, tea, and coffee.
We only stayed one night, but based on our experience, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The rooms are tiny. The ac doesn’t work, our room wouldn’t get below 76°. Atleast the all of the staff was friendly.

Unlike other Hamptons, deadly commercialized. This is the first time I stayed in a hotel where they did not even provide complimentary water to the guest. The location is not grand.

**This is solely my opinion from my personal experience**. My wife and I had a very unsatisfactory stay at this hotel during my birthday weekend. We found the building infested with roaches and some kind of rat, which was disturbing. My vehicle was also damaged at the Hilton-recommended valet parking garage, incurring a significant repair cost, despite us having paid the parking fees to Hilton. I won't get into the details. The hotel management did not assist, and we never received an apology for the experience. I cannot recommend this particular Hilton-branded hotel. If you're looking for a safe place to stay when you visit NYC, I would not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not show accountability or take care of their customers (which is not typical of a Hilton).
