  Sólo vale la pena por la ubicación, porque l verdad es que las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas, y así te den con vista a la ciudad, no tienen buena vista. La limpieza es regular, las instalaciones son muy viejas y algo descuidadas. En cuanto al precio, no es tan caro pero tampoco tan barato, y por el mismo precio se puede conseguir algo mucho mejor.

  J’avais réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel. Mon vol a été annulé à cause de la tempête- l hôtel a eu la malhonnêteté de ne pas me rembourser alors que c’était force majeur. Je trouve scandaleux, je trouve que c’est du vol. Ils sont intransigeants. Attention ! Y a d’autres options à Manhattan. Pire service de ma vie. Odieux.

  During my stay, I requested a replacement room key after briefly stepping out without it. I fully understand and respect hotel security procedures, and I was prepared to provide my photo ID to verify my identity. Guest safety is important. However, the interaction with front desk staff member Kim was highly unprofessional. There was no reassurance, no effort to communicate that the situation was manageable, and no attempt to guide the process constructively. Instead, my ID was examined in a manner that felt more like scrutiny than standard verification. For context, I interacted with two other front desk staff members the day before, and they were courteous and professional. This suggests the issue is not with the hotel overall, but with inconsistent standards in staff conduct. So in this case, would anyone take any responsibility for my unpleasant stay?

  Location is excellent—right in Chelsea on 6th Ave, easy walk to High Line, Chelsea Market, Hudson Yards, great restaurants, and subway lines (1/2/3/A/C/E/F/M). Super convenient for exploring Manhattan without being in tourist overload. Rooms were outstanding: very clean, modern, super comfy beds, good workspace, quiet, and spacious for NYC. Loved the blackout curtains and fresh feel. Service was top-notch—warm, helpful staff at front desk, quick check-in, and free hot breakfast was a big win (fresh eggs, waffles, coffee—kept stocked and tasty). Fantastic value and comfort in a great neighborhood—would stay again in a heartbeat! 5 stars.

  L’hôtel est selon nous très bien situé : pas trop loin de tout mais au « calme » et le métro qui dessert toutes attractions les plus connues est à 3 minutes à pied. Nous avons eu un accueil agréable et chaleureux. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et nettoyées tous les jours. Le style est un peu vieillot mais tout est propre et en bon état. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d’avoir le petit déjeuner inclus : simple, mais bon et à volonté ! Je recommande cet hôtel.
