    I loved this hotel and stayed here back in Feb 2025! It's clean and renovated. It's such a great deal and location.The fact that it's hard wood floor with a huge desk to do my work is a big difference. I am allergic to carpet. The staff is very friendly. The towels are nice and plush. The shower was so powerful, the most powerful one I've ever experienced at any hotel. Great location to grab food close by. I loved the comp coffee and tea that's offered in the morning. I also enjoyed walking along the flower shop lane. Highly recommend as it's close to 2 subway stations.

    El hotel está bien ubicado cerca de estación de metro, habitaciones limpias de buen tamaño, cómodas; desayuno incluido tipo bufet sencillo pero variado ofrecen té, café y chocolate 24hrs. El personal es amable, llegue antes de la hora del check inn y me guardaron mi equipaje para que pudiera aprovechar el día y regresar a hacer check inn más tarde. Excelente atención 24hrs, gracias a Melvin por su atención. Me hizo sentir en casa Por supuesto que volvería a hospedarme aquí 🙃

    No heating in December. No apology. No how was your stay at check out. No follow up. No gesture of good will. The hassle of waiting with the maintenance guy for an hour when we arrived, where we needed to change, who couldn’t fix it and couldn’t let us know what was going on in itself disrupted our trip. Then offered a room downgrade without a view which we declined if it could be sorted. Told it would be sorted and a very small heater placed in room for the night. Freezing room until the heating was eventually turned off turning off the cold air. That’s exactly how the situation unfolded. Very dated rooms with leaking tap and dated fabrics and wall finishes. Good location for me, but imagine being in a hotel with no heat in the winter paying near £400 a night and they don’t sort it in the week (we asked again to be told they’d check) and no offer or partial refund. No heat in New York for £400 a night!

    My husband and I stayed here for 8-nights in November for our second year in a row for our second wonderful experience – and will always come back here! Everyone was truly great, from every front desk person to housekeeping to breakfast attendants but wanted to give a special shout out to Niecy who is a customer service treasure (along being smart, kind and wonderful human)! Part of the reason we love this hotel so much is the king bed layout, and the first night it wasn’t available for our extended stay (our fault for booking wrong room), and Niecy managed to find us a room for the remainder of our stay – and did it so graciously. Always welcoming us with a good morning or good evening, and a friendly smile and makes the lobby run well with everyone. It is so nice to feel so at home in Manhattan – we love your hotel and your employees, and extra special thanks and 5 stars for Niecy who made our stay extra special two years in a row now. Thank you!
