  Ottima posizione, buon servizio e soggiorno confortevole Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hampton Inn Manhattan per un weekend e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso molto positiva. La posizione è eccellente: in pieno centro, a pochi passi da diverse attrazioni e ben collegato con la metropolitana. Le camere, seppur non molto grandi (ma è normale a New York), sono moderne, pulite e ben attrezzate. La colazione inclusa è un valore aggiunto, con opzioni calde e anche i classici waffle che rendono riconoscibile la catena. Il personale è stato cortese e disponibile, sia al check-in che nel dare indicazioni utili. Unici piccoli nei: la sala colazione può essere affollata nelle ore di punta, e non ci sono ristorante o bar interni, quindi la sera bisogna uscire per cenare. una soluzione perfetta per chi cerca un hotel centrale, pratico e con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri per un viaggio in una città meravigliosa.

  Sharon at the front desk was probably the best part of the entire experience. We stayed in room 2008 and we loved it ! Located on the corner of the building, our room gave us a really nice view of centre Manhattan. The room was tiny but in NYC where the price of a shoebox is astronomically no one’s complaining. The bed was very comfortable. Lighting in the room was never an issue. Conveniently located plugs. There was a safe in the room and a mini fridge. The hotel has some essentials free of charge if you forgot them (razors, toothbrush, etc). Housekeeping was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the metro. The area was extremely safe. I would often take the subway from penn station to the hotel at 3/4 AM and I never felt like I wasn’t safe. I would walk to the bodega or diner the next block over at 2 am and always felt fine. A lot of amenities around during the day that were a quick walk. They generously held my bags after check out so I could explore NYC some more before my evening flight. Now back to Sharon. Sharon is the best front desk associate. She has the scoop on good food, great laughs and is extremely helpful! You go Sharon!! The only complaint I had about the room was the crappy water pressure in the shower. That made it difficult to shower but all other things were great and it wasn’t overly expensive. Overall I’d definitely stay there again.

  Nosotros hemos estado del 19 de octubre al 23 y nuestra experiencia ha sido estupenda, la habitación limpia , camas cómodas habitación amplia ya que era viaje familiar e íbamos 3 personas , el desayuno nos pareció que estaba bien había variedad y iban cambiando todas las mañanas y lo mejor el personal que te atiende en el desayuno es super amables y todos hablaban español, todas la mañanas te preguntaban por el día anterior y que ibas hacer ese día te informaban de sitios de interés que tenías cerca de donde ibas etc, el personal de recepción no habla español pero hacen por entenderse en todo momento con traductor y son muy amables también . En ubicación está súper bien . Nuestros 5 días fueron fantásticos y tenemos muchas ganas de volver y volveremos a este hotel sin dudarlo . Gracias por esos 5 días maravillosos y gracias a pasaporte explora por una vez más organizarnos un súper viaje y si alguno no conocéis esta empresa de viajes os animo a seguirlos en Instagram ya que vuestro viaje será un éxito si os lo organiza pasaportexplora.

  Salve volevo un informazione sarò li dal 21 al 27 dicembre, ho prenotato tramite agenzia di viaggio, volevo sapere se c'è un deposito cauzionale da dare, se si quanto è la cifra e se si puo pagare in contanti

  The rooms are quiet since it’s not on a Main Street and there’s central AC. The bed is comfortable, the shower has hot water, the rooms are spacious for the city, and you can control the room temperature. The area’s safe and has a few good options very close by. It’s also an easy commute to most places in the city, especially up to Broadway or down to the fun neighborhoods in the city. It takes about 15 minutes by subway to get anywhere. The staff is nice and has always been at the desk when I’ve come by. The first time I stayed here there were WiFi issues, but I didn’t have any issues the second time. It’s not a luxury place with any architectural charm, but clean, convenient, and checks all of the boxes.
