Hotel was in a great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable for a small family. Front desk staff went the extra mile to make everyone feel at home after being out all day. Shout out to Luis for giving my granddaughter cookies every morning and Sincer for always having a smile and a kind word.

Cobran un depósito extra por noche que no me devolvieron (se quedaron 200 dólares extra). Buena ubicación, edificio anticuado, personal amable. Colas para el ascensor y el desayuno. Agua y café gratis todo el tiempo.

Nice hotel with a great central location. Steps away from a subway line that will get you uptown and downtown. We had a 20th floor room with an Empire State Building views. Breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast.

Location was bang on! Walking distance to a lot of places. Room was clean although the room size looked small compared to the pic on the web. And the room was dimly lit.
Reception staff were mostly warm and friendly but there was one who wasn’t very welcoming. Check in was delayed despite us leaving the luggage in morning. This guy brought back one suitcase from hold area and was confident there were no more and didn’t know that the tag was for 5 suitcases not one! And wasn’t very helpful on phone either when I called to discuss WiFi issue.
Breakfast was all right.
Hotel is definitely understaffed and the price charged didn’t do justice to the experience.

I want to start by saying that the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the room itself was in very poor condition. After a long trip to get there, we were sweaty and uncomfortable, but couldn’t take a shower the first night because the faucet handle was broken. It was repaired the next day, but no compensation was offered. The shower head was also faulty and couldn’t adjust water modes. We were unable to connect to the free Wi-Fi, and although there was a coffee machine in the room, the pot was missing. The beds were extremely old and uncomfortable — the top was so worn out that you could feel the springs pressing into your back, and they squeaked loudly every time you moved. Overall, the stay was disappointing despite the friendly staff.
