Am Empfang die Alessandra, die Laura, der Sinser und der Anthony. Im Frühstücksraum die Mitarbeiter Guellermo, Miguel und Luiz, dem wir noch gute Besserung wünschen. Das Hotel liegt super zentral und nur 30 Meter von der Subway entfernt. Die Penn Station der zweite große Bahnhof ist 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt Das Frühstück ist Mega ausreichend gewesen und es wurde immer nachgereicht. Für jeden etwas dabei Klassisch amerikanisch Speck Rühreier, Toast, Bagel, Waffeln, Obst und Tee und Kaffe satt. Wir haben 9 Nächte übernachtet. Täglich wurden die Zimmer gereinigt und alle Handtücher wurden Täglich ausgetauscht Bettwäsche wurde alle 3 Tage gewechselt. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist die zu laute Klimaanlage die an der Wand angebracht ist. Da sollte man so schnell wie möglich auf eine modernere Klimaanlage Umstellen. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub und der richtige Ort und das richtige Hotel um einen tollen New York Urlaub zu verbringen Wir sind mit 9 Personen gereist

Mattresses are spring/very firm and have a nice aluminum sound when you get up or lay down. A tad dated but in line with the price. Breakfast is very basic but likely enough to fuel you for the morning. To the hotel: please clean the couch in the lobby, it’s like an hour of work! It was visually disgusting leaving me to wonder it’s true state underneath. Lots of folks queue there so having a couch that has no visually clean spots to sit, not a great look.
