Any help to find another solution and keep joking with you telling to write to other e-mail addresses. Hope no one go. Unorganized and not professional at all.

They cancelled my reservation out of nowhere due to “overbooking” and completely ruined my trip plans. Because they waited so long, every other hotel in the area became far more expensive, so I ended up losing money on top of the stress they caused. No warning. No solution. Just a last-minute cancellation and a “sorry”. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away.

I was able to have access to my room by 11:00am with no problems. To get an uber off Roosevelt island into times square can be quite expensive $75.00 A suggestion would be to take the Roosevelt tramline over into manhattan which saves you $40.00 off your uber ride. It’s very easy to get to LaGuardia Airport from the hotel Thanks for the great stay
