The staff treated us like we were their most important guests even though we just needed a question answered! Joel went above and beyond to help us, converse with us and make us feel special. He even let us take pictures in front of the exquisite tree! Joel is an amazing and genuine human! I can only imagine how wonderful the service is for patrons of the hotel if our short interaction made such an impact on me. The other staff members were very kind and professional as well, but we did not get their names.

The space is designed with a clean, modern look and feels genuinely comfortable to settle into. The bed, lighting and layout are all put together in a way that makes the room feel calm without being dull. The bathroom stood out the most for me. The size, the mirrors, and the overall finish give it a very polished feel. Small details like the water pressure, the towels and the amenities were handled well, which is something I always notice. The housekeeping team deserves credit. They were consistent every day, and even the way the room was reset after I stepped out showed real attention to detail. I also appreciated the view from the room, especially in the evening when the city lights start to come in. It adds a bit of character to the stay. Overall, the room offered a comfortable and smooth experience. If you like staying in a space that is quiet, well-designed and easy to unwind in, this property does a solid job.
