The à la carte breakfast had options for all tastes, and my waiter, Xavier, provided top-notch service. The afternoon reception staff was very friendly and attentive, but I can't say the same for the morning staff, especially Yahaira. She was completely inattentive to the guests; it was as if I were begging for service instead of paying for it. And speaking with other guests, it wasn't just my opinion or that of the group I was with. She had a sour face and made unpleasant gestures in response to any question, request, or need. I feel this is an essential part of a good hotel experience, and without a doubt, this is a RED flag for YOUR PLACE

So we kept everything in our suitcases all week. Daily housekeeping was very nice! Rooms were always clean. The fitness space in each room was a little odd, given they have such a nice gym, but I believe that's a theme with Even hotels. Elevators were fast. Nice lobby, restaurant, and meeting space. All staff we communicated with were very kind and approachable. Safe area with key required access. Several restaurants and subway stations nearby. It was tricky to find due to nearby construction. Overall, a good stay!

Positive: - check in process - some reception staff - room was clean - basic gym - location ok Negative: - Rooms: small, impractical with the “fitness” focus. Amenities poor, no slippers - service: had to ask twice for coffee. There were no cups nor coffee pods. Coffee quality is terrible. - you don’t want to spend any time in the room, it’s not relaxing at all. From the awkward tacky lighting to the poorly, cheaply designed rooms. - luggage storage: had to pick up the luggage from the storage room myself and search through all the bags. - water: no water bottles in the room. Hotel has “dispensers” that are so dirty that you may be safer drinking tap water. - Gym extremely dirty, with mirrors covered in sweat. - I did not enjoy staying here and was looking forward to leaving the hotel. - price / quality is absolutely terrible considering the cost of 600 usd per night. - the hotel clearly cuts all possible costs, all products are cheap (e.g. the coffee, amenities) - I would never want to stay in this hotel again.
