- NENiels Eichhorn6 days ago5.0Really nice place. The hotel is locate close to the Penn Station and the Madison Square Garden. To Times Square you need about 15 Minutes by foot and another 10 Minuten to the south end of the Central Park. The hotel is worth the money you pay. Friendly staff, clean and quiet for New York standards. We definitely would return to the hotel and recommend this to each other. From JFK you can use the AirTrain either via Jamaica Station and subway E or Howard Beach Station and subway 8(the better way) direct to Penn Station 34th Street/8th Ave.

L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel très sympathique et souriant. C'est agréable de commencer sa journée de visite ou la terminer avec un sourire des hôtesses et leur bonne humeur surtout dans cette ville! De plus il y a des salons pour se poser et refaire sa journée de visite au calme avec une citronnade bien fraîche surtout en plein mois de juillet. Le seul bémol est le bar pas très accueillant et surtout le barman, nous avons pris une fois un cocktail à cause du barman pas très agréable nous n'avons pas remis les pieds une autre fois. Un point positif aux femmes de chambre qui font leur travail avec soin. La chambre était très propre. Une fois nous avons trouvé la chambre pas fini mais après avoir vu la responsable qui est très à l'écoute malgré mon anglais approximatif le problème a vite été résolu. Et la vue sur le Edge est juste incroyable un bonheur tous les matins à l'ouverture des rideaux.

Cleaned and fresh bedding every day. We did have one strange experience, we were traveling for my husbands birthday and I’d contacted the hotel a couple of weeks out to arrange a cake and beers in the room, we’d exchanged multiple emails, confirming day and payment and I even had a email on the day saying it’s the big day and confirming everything was ready. Disappointingly nothing was delivered to the room, and when I followed up I got radio silence, no apology, nothing. Very odd. Wouldn’t put me off returning but not the best customer service.

Das Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer war immer sauber, mit tollem Ausblick aus dem 25ten Stockwerk. Insgesamt ein tolles Ambiente und eine perfekte Lage um alles in NYC zu erkunden! Dankeschön 🙂
