  The location is great- very convenient for tourists and travelers! We were able to store our bags for a few hours before check-in and even got to our room early. The room was clean and functional. Unfortunately, there was little to no sound proofing between the room and the hallway so we could hear the staff and other guests clearly at all hours. As a result it was hard to sleep.

  Post a deposit charge to your account even for rates that advertise no deposit Thank you Bridget Giaramita for confirming that the hotel is engaged in unfair deceptive and abusive acts or practices. I'll copy this as evidence to the NY State AG when I file a formal complaint about your illegal charges Outlets are unsafe and have plugs falling out of the wall, definitely not up to code. Internet can't even load IHG.com

  We had an overall okay stay, but there were a few housekeeping details that could be improved. There was mold in the bathroom. During our week-long stay, we only had the room serviced a few times, but each visit seemed to miss something: trash that wasn’t ours, including a used bandage, left on the floor, an insufficient number of towels, or one of the beds not being made.

  Wonderful travel experience here at this hotel. It is in a great area of midtown New York. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to knowing the area well. The manager was able to upgrade the room to give my mom a wonderful experience for her birthday. We spent the day traveling around with my camera admiring the cultural influences the city has to offer through Art at the MoMA. Afterwards we found a delicious Italian restaurant not too far from the hotel. This hotel is not only very clean and modern the coffee bar has a certain atmosphere as well as the bar. The room was elevated on the 27th floor overlooking the Chrysler building as it illuminated the city skyline at night. I will keep this hotel in mind for future excursions during my frequent New York travels. I want to thank and appreciate IHG and the EVEN Hotel upholding a standard of professionalism and hospitality during my stay. The people who work so hard make this city remarkable and timeless; are truly the back bone of the greatest city in the world. Thank you.

  We stayed at Even for a quick weekend trip. It’s a great location. In the center of everything and easy to get to. When we arrived, There were multiple elevators. The elevators worked well for the most part. There was never too long of a wait. The lobby is on the 2nd floor. The lady at the desk wasn’t the most welcoming or kind, but it was good that our room was early before 3. The rest of the staff we encountered were really friendly. When we got to the room, it was what I expected, small but fine for a quick trip. I was glad there was a small fridge and they also found creative ways to use all the space in the room. The bathroom was small, but the shower was a good size. There were no mini lotions or other soaps except those that were to stay in the room. These hotels with rooms that are made for “fitness” are ironic because the room is so small, I’m not sure where you could possibly work out in the room. The room was overall clean. Bed was comfortable. The gym wasn’t special, but glad there was some treadmills and basic equipment. The hotel isn’t memorable, but fine for a quick trip.
