The service and amenities were so helpful. We loved the view from our room on the top floor. We will stay here again on our next visit.

The toast was one slice of very cheap bread (the kind you get in a plastic bag). If you're going to offer very thin, poor quality bread, you should at least offer more of it! I had to order some oatmeal as I was still hungry and this was pretty poor quality too, but not as bad as the toast. There was no real milk for coffee and tea, just powdered milk (the kind you get in planes). The breakfast was not cheap either.

The room was comfortable and clean, which I appreciated. The disappointing part was the hidden “amenity fee.” It was frustrating to find out that Wi-Fi, the gym, the pool, and even in-room coffee were not actually included in that charge. I would have preferred more transparency about these costs upfront. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if location is your top priority, but the extra fees take away from the experience.
- BBBfordsNov 6, 20254.0Nice modest hotel. King Rooms are relatively large for New York and very efficient. Nicely designed, including a little workout corner in the room. Extremely comfortable bed, good sized shower and bathroom. Our room on the 16th floor, street side, had a decent view.

Se hunden. Nos quedamos 3 personas en diferentes habitaciones y después de la primera noche todos teníamos dolor de espalda, a la tercera noche puedo decir que el dolor es horroroso aún así este tomando antiinflamatorios. Necesitan cambiar los colchones, arreglar los enchufes del lado de la cama que ninguno funcionaba, no se pueden encender las luces desde la mesa de noche. Solo funcionaba el interruptor al lado de la puerta.
