Horrible hotel. The hotel has a bar on the seventh floor and the bathrooms for it are on the sixth floor where people are sleeping. Bar customers were coming down drunk to use the bathrooms and were hollering and yelling at midnight for an hour. I tried to call the front desk and listened to a ringing phone for five minutes. I am a Hilton Honors member and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Be weary of the 2 elevators, it's a daily issue. Especially from 10am-6pm. 10+ mins to wait for 1, 20-25 people in the lobby waiting for an elevator especially between 2p-5p

Cleaning on their schedule. Front desk manager condescending and not willing to help a 30 year Gold Member. Maybe the worst Hilton property experience in about 10 of those years. The rooms are expectedly small in NYC. Yet walls are paper thin which is then just cutting corners too. So this one. They are 1000 other hotels in Manhattan

Absolutely love this hotel. Front office team extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and it is very convenient to all areas of Manhattan. The food at the hotel restaurant is DELICIOUS. The breakfast room is pretty with a view of Rockefeller Center. The breakfast wait team is wonderful. Dinner at Duomo 51 is excellent. We had the Dover sole and Branzino. Both Tony and Roland were wonderful. We appreciated Edision's check in messages and the regular touch base notes to see how we liked our stay. We come to the City often and we always pick this hotel when available.
