I been staying at this hotel for years and probably stayed here over 20 times , got an email just now saying my reservation was cancel when on the app it was active I provided a picture , I never had this issue as I’m always able to just check in at the front desk if there’s an issue with payment . I called the hotel front desk and the employee was really unhelpful, as all I said was the rate was more expensive so I have to pay the difference and in a really condescending way she said “ well if that’s the rate that’s showing”, afterwards I asked for her name and she said “ Samantha will you like me to spell it out for you “ just terrible way to treat a customer . I will most likely be staying elsewhere as I luckily booked a better place near by

Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in. Hilton should be appalled to have their name and reputation associated with this location. I was told when I booked that I could do an early check in all that I needed to do was call the day of. I called the day of and was told this was very doable for a $50 charge. When arriving it was not available! When arriving in our room the floor was sticky. The toilet was not clean and had dead bugs and debris in it. Not to mention our entire stay there were bugs in the bathroom. What an incredible waste of money! Again Hilton should be ashamed totally of this location.

Heyyy! 🌟 So, the DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown gets a pretty sweet vibe from guests! 🎉 Reviewers love its *historic charm mixed with modern comforts*, calling it “very good” with an *8.2 out of 10* overall rating. 😍 People rave about the *helpful staff*, *clean rooms*, and the *awesome location*—just a short walk to Wall Street, Battery Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge. 🗽💼 Guests also dig the *pet‑friendly policy*, *room service*, and the *Italian‑cuisine restaurant, Antica Ristorante*, which is right on‑site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 🍝🐾 Some folks mention the hotel is “quiet,” but a few note occasional “noisy rooms,” so it kinda depends on your luck with the room placement. 😅 Overall, travelers describe it as a *“nice, clean,” and “comfortable” place to stay*, perfect for business or leisure trips to Lower Manhattan. 🌟¹ ²

Állandó probléma a liftek alacsony kapacitása. Ráadásul a napi beszállítás is ezeken történik, ami miatt csúcs időben le is zárnak belőle. Egyébként a személyzet kedves, figyelmes.
