If you are on the higher floors, leave yourself some extra time as the elevators take a little while

In general. I would say my experience being a diamond member had been less then extraordinary. I thought maybe the mystical clouds of ordinary patron would part and show the way to extraordinary loyal guest. Alas. Not the case. Still waiting for the magical moment to appear.

Staff was nice and respectful. Be ready to wait quite a few minutes for the elevators during peak time. Room was noisy.

I had horrible experience in check in.. there is no reception at the main floor. The hotel was crowded like hell and waited 15min to get on the elevator. Staff is super unkind. People said in the hotel , they cant catch their events because of the elevator issue. I got hurt in the gym and asked the receptionist for ice. My foot was swallowed and extremely bruised. I hardly move myself to lobby. She even didnt ask if im doing ok. She said its not broken go get ice. Honestly , my first time in NY was horrible experience. I even dont talk about the rooms , way expensive too small and dirty.
