  Got off to a rocky start. The first room they gave us, we entered and there was still someone staying in there -- all their stuff was there and it wasn't cleaned. Definite safety issue. The room itself was a little bit beat, but you could tell was very nice when first built. Lots of street noise as we were on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, the room was nice and big (rare in NYC) and very comfortable. Giant shower and living room. We ordered room service multiple times and the food was great. We valeted our car and that was an easy process. Overall, would recommend.

  2026년 2월 15일~20일(5박6일)간 가족 여행으로 미국 뉴욕의 콘래드 다운타운 힐튼 호텔을 이용했습니다. 역시 명성에 걸맞게, 시설과 환경, 서비스 모든 면에서 매우 만족스러웠고, 가격은 좀 있지만, 다음에도 힐튼 호텔을 이용하자는 생각을 우리 가족 모두 하게 되었습니다. 미국 뉴욕에 대한 좋은 경험을 갖게 해준 콘래드 뉴욕 다운타운 호텔 관계자분들께 감사하다는 말 하고 싶습니다. 다른분들께도 호텔을 강력히 추천합니다! (내돈내산 추천후기입니다.) I visited the Conrad Downtown Hilton Hotel in New York for a family trip from February 15th to 20th, 2026 (5 nights and 6 days). As expected, I was very satisfied with the facilities, the environment and the service, and although it was a bit expensive, I had the idea of staying at the Hilton Hotel again in my family. I just want to say thank you to the staff of the Conrad Downtown New York Hotel for giving me a great experience in New York. I highly recommend the hotel to others, too! (It’s a review that I wrote after paying for it.)

  Stayed here for a quick business trip in early February 2026, just before that big snowstorm rolled in. It was freezing outside, but the hotel was a nice warm escape. Location is perfect if you’re working around the WTC / Financial District area — everything I needed was a short walk or quick Uber away. The property feels very well-run and clearly updated to keep up with the luxury Conrad standard. The design stands out: that huge open atrium in the middle is really striking, and it was especially welcome when it was so cold outside — felt bright and airy even on a gray day. I booked a river view suite and was genuinely impressed. The styling is elegant, furniture is high-end and comfortable, little European touches like the fancy light switches and touch-panel controls make it feel special. Loved the built-in filtered water dispenser in the room — super convenient and thoughtful. It’s definitely on the expensive side (Manhattan prices), but for one night the value felt right given the quality and location. Service was spot-on — everyone from check-in to housekeeping was friendly, professional, and quick to help. No complaints at all. Very pleased overall. If I’m back in the area for business and the rate lines up, I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

  An absolutely amazing hotel in New York. Conrad hotels have always impressed me, but this one in New York is outstanding. From kind and courteous customer service particularly from Solomon who was friendly, helpful and generous with his time and professionalism, I can see why this hotel stands out among the crowd. Gabe was fantastic and very funny as well as helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, and location was top tier to getting to Brooklyn and Battery Park to see some amazing sites such as the Statue of Liberty. I recommend breakfast at Atrio on site. Overall, it's a 5 star establishment and two thumbs up for Conrad New York. Thank you to the staff and Conrad!

  TLDR: for a more expensive hotel, a lot of misses that added up to a mediocre experience I used fine hotels through Amex to book and also got addition credit to use being a Hilton gold member. We tried to check in around 1:30, but they said the room was not yet available. They said they would text us when the room was ready so we grabbed a bite at the restaurant and then headed out. We had wanted to freshen up before dinner but they never texted us that the room was ready nor did the app give me a room number. We ended up not getting to the hotel and into our room until almost 8PM. I even texted the Hilton rep who texted me saying to let them know if I need anything but they ignored me The room we got was upgraded to a suite which had a nice river view but it was directly in front of the elevator and the chime of the elevator arriving could be heard throughout our stay, the noise was very annoying especially when trying to sleep. The room’s ice bucket had a bag of water left over inside which means they did not clean it. The lights in the room are also set up weirdly. When I open the door to our room, all the lights turn on. So when I opened the door to go downstairs for breakfast when my girlfriend was sleeping, all the lights turned on and woke her up. Same thing again when I returned, the master lights all turned on including the one above the bed. That is very frustrating as I was trying not to wake her up and the room did it on its own.
