Beautiful hotel with top notch service. Rooms were comfortable and well stocked with all the things a 5 star hotel should have. The room even has its own water, filtration system, and complementary reusable water bottles. I had never seen that. I gave the location 4 stars because the Conrad Downtown was not as central as other hotels we have stayed at in New York. Really no big deal though, just a few extra steps to walk. Would stay at the Conrad again.

Every time there is a funky experience. Either it’s too noisy in the room because you can hear 4 am dump truck noise, completely don’t understand why they couldn’t make their window a bit more noise proof. Then the dryer went out of order, they have a poor gentleman who comes after 15 minutes, don’t understand why the wait is so long. They should have really staffed the guys properly instead of just having one person running around. Then when I changed my card key there was a long wait. Most of the time, I don’t see any concierge person. How can it be a five star hotel charging $500 per night a joke?

What a great gem! My wife and I decided to stay away from midtown touristy areas for our anniversary. The views were incredible. The staff was very accommodating in every way. They even sent us up a nice gift for our anniversary. They provide reusable water bottles and a water fountain in the room.
Lots of really fun food spots in walking distance and not too busy on a weekend.
We will definitely be back.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are perfect and well equipped. The staff is wonderful. Thank you to Kadija for a warm welcome and for getting us in early after a very early flight. She is a great asset to your team. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed the night before boarding our cruise and were so happy we picked the Conrad! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming. The staff really made such a difference for us, it made it such a pleasure to stay here. Our room was great, very spacious. We loved the filtered water system as well, a small detail that made a difference for us. Also, a great location, so much within just a few blocks.
