Walkable to famous attractions such as Bryant Park, Empire State Building, and Times Square. Also, great restaurants and bars are located nearby, it was convenient to hang out at night. Subway is 3 min walk from the building, so it was easy to visit distant locations. Staff at the front desk were friendly and nice, and housekeeping service was perfect. I would definitely book this hotel again. 한국 친구들이랑 뉴욕 여행을 위해 들른 호텔입니다. 호텔 근처에 타임스퀘어, 브라이언트 파크, 지하철이 다 있어서 여행할 때 너무 편했어요. 특히, 호텔 근처에 맛집이랑 분위기 좋은 바가 많아서 밤에 놀러다니기에도 좋았습니다. 직원도 정말 친절했고, 객실 상태도 좋았어요. 뉴욕 여행을 또 오게 되면 무조건 다시 묵을 겁니다.
- 999964 days ago1.0After checking in, I went upstairs to my room and tried to open the door with my key card but it wasn’t working. I heard people inside the room and it seemed like they were having intercourse. I went downstairs to tell the staff lady that the card doesnt work because the room is already occupied. She didn’t seem to beleive me so we went back up to the room and she opened the door only to discover a naked couple in the room. To say this was an embarrassing experience is an understatement. I’m currently in contact with my lawyer to explore my options. To hotel management; please provide an email. Thank you
- SSsJan 4, 20264.0Small but clean rooms with everything you need in a compact space. Free water available in the lobby. Staff at desk helpful and friendly. Only things i would suggest are- a towel hook near shower door, a detachable sprayer for shower, and get rid of the carpet in the room. Never saw or heard housekeeping vacuuming. Pleasantly surprised- nice budget hotel in a good location, friendly staff and clean

Le camere erano pulite ma molto piccole, poco spazio per riporre le cose personali, appendere i vestiti. I letti sono più piccoli della solita misura ( cosa non si potrebbe dire dalle foto). Abbiamo prenotato l"albergo basandoci sulle recensioni ma al.mio punto di vista non corrispondono del.tutto.
- PBP V (BeTheVolp)Dec 30, 20251.0The only positive thing is the location, close to Herald Square and to the Subway so it’s easy to connect everywhere. The rest is simply to forget. As Best Western member, I’m disappointed by the size of the rooms which appear huge and large on the website. The staff is really not up to level. There’s no control on the access to the floors so also non-guests can access and knock each door. The approachable price does not justify the choice.
