- A김형민Feb 23, 20265.0I truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. General Manager Gehad sets a great example of professionalism, and Night Manager Pathik was kind and attentive during the evening. Their hospitality made a positive impression.

We could not get to the hotel due to weather and travel ban by the state of NY and the city Mayor hence had to cancel our stay but these guys at the hotel insist on charging for the cancellation fee because of "business" justification. stay away from this place and stay elsewhere.

Times Square is close without being overwhelmed by the crowds, and tons of restaurants/coffee spots nearby. Perfect central Midtown base.
