  Soggiornato per 4 notti in n.1 camera grande 3 persone con n.2 letti matrimoniali alla francese senza usufruire di colazione. Spazi essenziali e bagno comunque comodo. Ottima posizione per l'esigenza di visitare New York, vicinissimo alla metro e a molte delle attrazioni da raggiungere a piedi. Ben insonorizzato, margini di miglioramento nelle pulizie aggiundendo qualche dotazione in più ai clienti

  2024년 2월에 6박에 113만원으로 예약했습니다. 체크인할때 직원이 한국어 할줄 안다면서 드라마얘기도 하고 친근하게 대해줬어요. 그 뒤로 아침에 나갈때마다 인사하고 친절했습니다. 숙소는 조금 좁았지만 맨해튼에서 위치 좋고 가성비도 좋았어요. 한인타운 근처라서 h마트도 가깝고 호텔 바로 앞에 흑백요리사2 나온 뉴욕곰탕집 옥동식 있어요. 미국은 어딜가나 생수를 안줘서 아쉬운데, 호텔 1층에 물을 비치해둬서 매일 물통에 떠다 마셨습니다. 위치가 너무 좋아서 만족했고, 비수기때라 가격 저렴하게 묵을 수 있어서 또 만족했습니다. 그리고 창문에서 엠파이어 스테이트 살짝 보여요!ㅋㅋ

  We chose to return here for the outstanding location and super-friendly and accommodating staff (shout-out to Christina and Mr Singh from the front desk). Generally good value accommodations. The room is spacious enough for a short stay, functional and clean. It’s quiet enough. Sparse on amenities like a gym and pool but we typically are out and about town so it didn’t bother us. We will come back!

  Possible bed bug exposure and disappointing response I stayed at this hotel from Nov 12–16. One day after checkout, I developed multiple bites that were reviewed by a physician and considered highly consistent with bed bug reactions. This was especially alarming as the hotel was the only place I slept during the trip and I was traveling with my 4-month-old baby. The hotel arranged a pest control inspection after I reported the issue and stated that no activity was found at that time. To ensure we did not bring bed bugs home, all guests who stayed in the room independently had to wash and heat-treat all clothing and bedding, which was extremely time-consuming and disruptive, particularly while caring for an infant. Despite escalating the matter to Best Western corporate, the only compensation offered was 5,000 points (about $25). Given the health concerns, inconvenience, and overall handling of the stay, this response was disappointing. Separately, before arrival I called the hotel to confirm they had a crib suitable for an infant and was told they did. Upon check-in, the “crib” provided was not suitable for an infant and appeared intended for toddlers. It was unsafe to use, and my baby had to sleep in a stroller during the stay, which was extremely frustrating after confirming this in advance. I would strongly caution other families, especially those traveling with infants, to consider this experience carefully before booking.

  For the price, this hotel absolutely cannot be beat. Clean rooms, incredibly friendly service, very centrally located. In particular, the rooms feel relatively new and modern. (No weird old carpets or anything you sometimes get.) Definitely bare bones in terms of amenities (microwave is in a common area, for example) but I will absolutely be staying here again, and recommend to anyone that they do as well. And I know I already said service was A+ but genuinely the nicest front desk staff I’ve ever met.
