  We had a great experience. Staff was great, especially during breakfast. The room we had was not huge, but comfortable enough for 5 days. The hotel offers a gym, which is decent to solve a couple of workouts with its dumbbells and pulleys. Perhaps the best is its location. Good option when visiting the city!

  I was in town for work nearby and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast area, and menu, were the highlight of the stat but also the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my room, the design was simple and current and I could have gladly spent more time there. Only let down was the shower who was leaking water everytime I used it, not great to be stuck with a wet floormat after. I wished there place to leave the coat and shoes was better thought off, especially in winter - but other than that pretty happy

  Hôtel bien placé , chambres simples et un peu petites pour des doubles. Mon séjour a été gâché par une femme de l'accueil (elle a de longs cheveux bouclés), elle parlait très mal aux clients, et nous prend de haut si on a le malheur de venir poser une question, et ne répond pas quand on dis bonjour ! je l'ai même entendu soupirer et souffler sans me répondre alors que je lui demandais simplement l'heure du checkout.. cette personne n'a rien à faire au contact du public si ça la dérange autant, c'était un expérience horrible, je ne reviendrais plus dans cet hôtel.

  This hotel was a good value for NYC. The rooms were clean, spacious for NYC, and the free breakfast was a great start to the day. The location around Canal Street made it a bit annoying to dodge counterfeit bag purveyors, but once you escape Canal you are close to Little Italy and Chinatown and SoHo. Unfortunately, the HVAC is centrally controlled and only offered heat, so we woke up in the middle of the night sweating. The windows did not open, so our only relief was keeping the shades open to get as much cold winter air to enter the room. We also turned the unit off and its temperature to the minimum (60 degrees), and that seemed to work ok. But if I was paying more for the room I would have been incredibly frustrated. If you're not sensitive to temperature and want a clean, spacious room in a great city, this is a great option.
