I was rudely told to leave just right after I stayed for a night by the lobby manager( the previous night staying at that hotel was not good, not sleeping well). He knew I was just waiting for a conference an hour later. He knew I am the hotel guest and was exhausted while sitting in a chair with my coat covering my head, but the lobby manager said that napping was not allowed. I was not occupying two seats, not disturbing anyone else, only wanted to have a rest for twenty minutes and then joint the next meeting in person. The lobby manager said hotel policy do not allow guest to have snap while sitting on the coach ,and not to explain anything else, not to show the paper policy or any documents, just treated me rudely, orally. I am very disappointed with this hotel

We stayed on the 10th and 11th floor and the rooms are super clean and spacious enough! The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, and the bar and amenities are lovely also. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
- FCFlorine CHAUSSENov 11, 20255.0Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour 9 nuits / 10 jours en novembre 2023 lors d’un voyage entre amis. Nous étions chacun en couple donc 2 par chambre. Nous avons passé un super séjour, la chambre était située dans les étages hauts donc on a eu une jolie vue. La chambre n’est pas immense mais pour New York c’est normal donc nous n’étions pas déçus. La literie est très bien, la salle de bain est top (belle, douche de qualité avec une bonne pression et l’eau chauffe très vite), la possibilité de mettre le contenu de son téléphone sur la télé. Léger bémol : pas de dressing pour défaire sa valise pour 10 jours mais on se débrouille facilement ! L’hôtel en lui même est juste dingue, sa décoration et son âme c’est juste wow. Et surtout nous nous souviendrons toute notre vie de l’odeur absolument exceptionnelle du lobby. Localisation parfaite, au cœur de la ville, tout à proximité et à quelques centaines de mètres de l’Hudson pour le footing du matin ! Tout le personnel a été plus que charmant avec nous, le ménage a été (très bien) fait tous les jours. Nous n’avons jamais pris de petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel donc je ne peux pas noter cette partie. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et ça donne aussi envie de tester d’autres hôtels Arlo ici 😊

It’s always such a pleasure, the hotel is safe, clean, and perfectly located. The entire front desk team is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make each stay enjoyable. A special shout-out to Areis, the Guest Experience Manager — if you have any special plans or arrangements, definitely reach out to him! He’s attentive, professional, and truly makes you feel valued as a guest. I’d also like to recognize John from the bar staff, so glad to see he’s still here!
