- JJJose JimenezNov 14, 20221.0Access to customer service at the property level is non existent. No early check in was available as requested and still room was dirty after check in. Keep in mind I paid $3200 per night for a suite. I tried for days to get in contact with hotel staff prior to my arrival to make certain arrangements and was unable to ever get anyone on the line. Although location is great and close to everything I will not stay here again due to the lack of customer service and communication.
