  Super emplacement près de tout , restaurants , métro ( Subway ) Time square . Accueil incroyable, chambre propre , lit confortable, douillet . Toilette vraiment belle et propre savon ,crème et shampoing/ revitalisant a disposition , sechoire serviette et débarbouillette changé à tous les jours . Belle décoration, propreté A1 , machine à café Le restaurant de ́hôtel, très bon déjeuner et service incroyable ,service rapide attentionné ++++ personnels serviable Le concierge du restaurant super travaillant. Je recommande l'hôtel a 100 %

  We had wonderful experience staying at BWP Herald Square over the weekend! Pathik and his Team make this place a welcoming oasis of hospitality. I might be too particular but first time across all my travels when I asked for an extra comforter - I actually was given a comforter (not a blanket!), and Pathik was extremely nice to find us a room with the view of ESB! Everyone on the staff team in the lobby and in the breakfast cafe was so friendly, helpful, accommodating, and also very fun to talk to! The room was on a smaller side, which is expected - it’s New York after all 😊, but it was very clean with comfortable bed, mattress, pillows! The location is amazing to get to all attractions and places! We definitely will be coming back here next time we are in New York! Thank you Pathik and the Team for making the stay during my first trip to New York such a positive experience! 😊

  We brought a group of high school students to the Best Western Premier Herald Square for a school trip. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They were available before the trip and remained in contact regarding our needs. Upon arrival, they had our rooms ready and accommodated our requests. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms were updated, clean and bright. I cannot say enough about the manager Gehad and her staff - thank you for a wonderful stay.

  We stayed for 5 nights at Best Western Premier Herald Square, and our experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, the staff made us feel so welcoming, comfortable, and cared for. A special thank you to Mr. Patel and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Every interaction was pleasant, and their helpful attitude made a big difference in making our trip smooth and memorable. It is not easy to consistently make guests feel at home in a busy city like New York, but the staff here did exactly that. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, which made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy our trip without stress. After long days of sightseeing, it felt great to return to a place where we were greeted with such warmth. We are sincerely grateful to the staff for making our New York stay so special. Thank you for your care, dedication, and hospitality. We will always remember our stay fondly and would be happy to return again.

  We had an amazing stay at Best Western Premier Herald Square! From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere was noticeable right away. The staff—from the front desk to the entire hotel crew—were all pleasant, professional, and incredibly accommodating. A special thank you to the receptionist and Misba for going above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect room. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference in our experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of four with two kids. The beds were especially cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day in the city. The location is another huge plus—perfectly situated with everything within walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
