  Great location in K-town. Nice clean efficient cool rooms. Staff was wonderful from check in to check out. Special Shout out to Moses who secured my bag after check out until I came back to retrieve on my way to the airport. He said my initials MKC reminded him of Mortal Combat Competition. Lol. I’m 62 but I have kids so I’ve heard of MKC. When I can back to get my bag I said - Mortal Combat…. He got a good laugh out od that.

  Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my trip to NYC. The staff, particularly Nikita, was accommodating to me and took my situation into consideration, issuing a cancellation without financial penalization. I appreciate the service very much and highly recommend this location for that.

  My stay here was almost perfect. I stayed for three nights on level 4 and then moved to level 29 in a queen suite, as I wanted to stay higher up for one night. The Nomad Diner is average, but the bartender’s are amazing and the drinks are strong!! I did have a bad experience with an old security guard here in the evening of March 13th. We were going in the same direction and almost bumped into each other; we were both coming around the same corner and he cut me off. I dropped a canned soda because of the cut off; I apologized as one does in situations like that and he then looked and me like I was insane and walked away. At any rate, the entire hotel is incredibly clean. The rooftop views were stunning. Everything from check in to check out was seamless. Brianna checked us in during our transfer to our second room, and she gave me the best customer service experience that I’ve had in all of NYC. She singlehandedly made me want to come back. Without a doubt will be choosing the Arlo during my next stay in the city.

  I had an incredible check-in experience at Arlo NoMad thanks to Lilly, who was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The staff overall were kind, professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. Initially, I felt disappointed because I was celebrating my birthday and, given the price of my stay, I expected a few more thoughtful touches or added value. However, after sharing my feedback, management reached out to me personally and handled the situation quickly and professionally. Mr. Monti was extremely kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about my experience. He listened, apologized, and made things right with genuine care. That level of customer service says a lot about a hotel. Because of how professionally this was handled, I would absolutely consider staying again.

  We got room 2606 which was a corner skyview room. Absolutely stunning with lots of natural light. Small room which is typical NYC style. Amazing bed lining which lended for great rest. However, no amenities such as a coffee/tea machine which is a huge shame for the price point. I'd love for them to add this amenity to the room. They offer bed slippers for $14. There is a diner downstairs for a quick bite. Very limited menu so keep this option as nighttime munchies.
