  It's hard to express how happy I am back and restored with my healthy and without any surgery.   This is the FIRST time in my 57 years that I haven’t had ONE complaint about a hotel! The staff are absolutely lovely and 100% helpful. Our room was clean and the size was perfect for me and my kiddo. We are upgraded to a high floor with two beds! The Empire State Building was right out the window. Ask and sometimes you shall receive. People complained about waits for elevators. We had none. The proximity to subways is perfect!

  The rooms were relatively small. Upon our arrival, I asked the front desk lady a question; however, she ignored me and responded with an eye roll, which negatively impacted our initial impression of this place. Aside from that, our stay was satisfactory. That said, there are more accommodating options in the area available for a similar price point.

  The rooms were smaller than I thought they would be. Clean, prepared, good front desk service and they are associated with a parking garage. The receptionist was very patient, very professional and checked us in with care, concentration and should definitely get a raise. Especially with it being a night time check in. I would probably stay there again but it is a bit pricy, especially the size of the rooms. There is a gym, a restaurant that has various hours and a good morning menu. It's a good option for a New York stay if you need a room with decent views. Just remember to ask for their associated parking garage. Tell them Ann of Green Vermont sent you!

  I do not recommend it. I booked a hotelroom for 3 for 3 nights with breakfast. First morning I got told I have to pay for my breakfast because breakfast is for maximum two people and the lady was annoyed when we asked for it. The room service didn't show up the first day at all. And on top we had the feeling the were actually treated worse because we're tourists and not Americans. My relatives from the US checked in with us the last night to spend the day with us and they got welcoming baskets which we didn't and were shocked about our room. I'll not return. Do not recommend. Definitely spend my vacation somewhere else next time
