    Great, clean rooms. Excellent service. Parking is paid valet at a parking garage next door. $25 per night. Genuinely very inconvenient as you need to sit around and wait for the attendants to get your vehicle. If you can find street parking somewhere, it might be more worth it.

    The bad: the bed was so soft and non-supportive. I was awake all night- my back was in so much pain. The comforter was too light. The shower mat had stains. The heater made a rolling sound that might have bothered me more if I was sleeping. We smelled weed coming from one of the other rooms from the hallways. Thankfully we couldn’t smell it in our room. The good: hotel looked nice and was clean. The staff was very kind. I really appreciate that they let me cancel the rest of my stay without charge since the bed didn’t work for me. The breakfast was impressive. They have big luggage rollers that came in really handy. The room was quiet- we didn’t hear any noise from inside or outside the hotel. We were on the third floor and didn’t face the street. Convenient downtown location. Walking distance to restaurants and bodegas. We had dinner at Townehouse. It was very pricy but exceptional. Good to know: parking is valet garage parking and $25/day. It’s right next door and conveniently located.

    I booked my stay based on an online quote provided by IHG. When I arrived at the hotel, the rate was suddenly changed and increased with no clear explanation. This was extremely frustrating, as I relied on the quoted price when making my booking. I raised the issue with hotel staff and followed up afterward, but there was no resolution, no callbacks, and no meaningful response from customer service. The lack of accountability and follow-up made the situation worse. IHG should honor the prices they advertise online and provide proper customer support when issues arise. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the brand.
