- WHw hNov 17, 20255.0We stayed 2 nights and it was a wonderful room it was very clean very quiet neighborhood and they even had a little spot to walk your dog in between the buildings and the breakfast in the morning was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel.

- JJJames JOct 17, 20251.0After driving six hours I pulled into the garage of this hotel, where I was met by the rudest valet driver I’ve met to date. After pulling in we were asked if we had a reservation. We said no. He says you have to go make one. Ok, where’s the desk? “At the holiday inn”. Ok but where do we go from here (it was a tight garage) to get out. “To the holiday inn”. I want to be clear that there was no language barrier. This was very clearly an attitude. So I try to find my own way out, only to be met by on-but-unmanned cars blocking the exit. This guy is then seen going over and arguing with his coworkers. We sat there for 5 minutes while he kept arguing with coworkers. The scene ended by me honking and shouting to them “you have two minutes to move these or I’m calling the cops”. Not he, but his coworkers sprung into action. Is this the new Holiday Inn Express experience?

Even the valet parking not really being valet (you have to walk to the adjoining building's underground parking) wasn't as off-putting as the manager! She was the worst part of the stay. They miscommunicated something that I won't go into, but she was so dismissive, came to assist the really helpful, nice lady at the front desk and didn't even address me. Stared at me blankly then looked at the computer and handed me my keys silently. She seemed bothered, rude, and generally not a good fit for a customer facing role anywhere!
