- RRRachelDec 29, 20252.0Normally, I would wait until the end of my stay to write a review, but as the dogs barking down the hall have kept me awake for the last three hours and show no signs of stopping, I figured I might as well make use of all the free time I have now that I will not be sleeping tonight. The pros: The front desk staff here is lovely and clearly doing the best they can with minimal corporate support. Cons: The room was kind of grimy and smelled like damp. There were stains on the linen and the floor was kind of gross. The treadmill and hot tub were both broken. The biggest con is how thin the walls are and how dogs are allowed to bark for literal hours with no repercussions. There are at least three on my floor that have been barking continually since I arrived at 1:30 pm. It is now 11:15 pm and I am so very, very tired. I have resigned myself to not sleeping tonight, defeating the whole purpose of paying for this room in the first place, and if there wasn’t a flash freeze happening tonight making driving dangerous, I would leave now. If you expect rest, please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Upon looking for another hotel to possible stay at the women at front desk started yelling at me and being super rude. Cancelled my reservation before i even confirmed i wanted to cancel and told us to leave. After accusing me of rolling my eyes due to her, i made her aware i rolled my eyes at my phone due to it not loading and thats when she started yelling. Horrible service will never reccomend.
