- HBhana bartaOct 25, 20252.0Rooms were not clean stains all over bathroom walls and floors carpet smelled so bad, no soap was left for us, and blankets were very thin. Curtains are terrible you are awoken from the sun and can’t even close it because they’re nailed open ???
- MFM FerrickOct 15, 20254.0Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint was breakfast. I placed my order for a mushroom omelette. Everyone else received the breakfast, but mine didn't come. The waitress was very nice and said she would be right back with my breakfast. After 10 minutes I asked if my breakfast was ready. She said it would be right out. After 5 minutes everyone in our group had finished their breakfast. She came to the table and said she would be right back and I replied "it's ok we have to go work". She asked me to please, but we couldn't. The hot tub and pool was warm. They both need some work to be done to them. Rust spots on the bottom of the pool. The jets in the hot tub had very little power.

Looked like the floors weren’t vacuumed from the prior occupant because there was debris throughout the room. The “breakfast” offered was no more than what you’d get free at other hotels and was an appalling $18 per person. Would never stay there again.

The bathroom and rooms smell heavily of mold and the carpets are sticky and very dirty to say the least. It’s really really bad - do not stay here. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for nearly a decade and am very understanding of small issues here and there. I respect the fact that there must be discretion for reviews that can hurt a business and disturb the livelihood of their owners and employees- but this is defiantly justified unfortunately. The property owners need to do something urgently.
