No supplies in the bathroom, the TV didn't work, it was a beautiful large screen but when picture doesn't work it's no good. There was mold on the ceilings, wires hanging from the a/c. To top if off we got stuck in the elevator, then it would not let us off at the lobby, the button would not work for that floor, no not the light on the button it just didn't recognize the lobby to stop at. Ended up in the basement, not a great place, trying to find the stairs which was on the other side of the building. This was the first night there so we never used the elevator again during our stay as we were afraid of getting stuck in there. We were on the third floor. The staff was nice, but their answer was it's an old elevator and it's slow. OK so maybe it's time to upgrade this so people do not get stuck. Went to get coffee in morning and the trash beside it was overloaded and had fruit flies hanging on the creamer, this was at 7am. Went back later trash was changed but no coffee to be had, when asked they said they ran out??? How do you run out of coffee. Very disappointed as usually Hampton Inns are my go to safe zone.
