This hotel was my go to for a long time. Usually the pool is nice for my kids and the hotel is very clean. But this time it was a very disappointing stay. The pool was closed without anyone knowing and the food at the restaurant was wrong and inedible. They messed up my daughter meat that took over a half hour to make then tried to take it back to fix it. She was already upset about the pool and very hungry. After 30 min for food it was a disaster.

None of the vending machines seemed to work properly. And not a fan of sliding bathroom door that doesn't lock. Probably the first hotel I've ever been to that didn't have a free breakfast. They offer breakfast in their "restaurant", but went to McDonald's because it was cheaper.

The bathroom was dirty because of a leak. The chair in the room was all ripped and gross. There was no hot water. It was a really unenjoyable experience. There are many hotels in the area. Choose a different one.
Edit: The hotel responded below that they offered compensation. They offered me 3,000 Hilton points. To book the room I was in using Hilton points costs 50,000 Hilton points. That is more of an insult than an offer.

Was a great experience the first time and for our returning second trip. The pool is one of the best in the area, especially if you have kids. The room was excellent, we even got a room in the lobby right by the elevator. The included breakfast was solid although it was a bit of a hike; although there adding and new restaurant soon in the lobby I can't wait to visit again when it's open.

I stayed there in September. My room was infested with bed bugs.
To respond to your reply.. My husband booked the room for me. His name is Cheskel.
My stay was 9/14-9/17. I came to the hotel to sleep late at nigh And left very early in the morning. During the few days of my stay my legs and arms were covered in very itchy bites. I thought they were from mosquitos at the time. Shortly after I got home I got more bites but at a slower pace. I called an exterminator and was told that I have some bed bugs and they are most likely coming from a recent hotel visit.
I am a very clean person and am sure that that I did not have these bites before my hotel stay. The only reason I missed it was because of my busy and exauhsting schedule at the time of my stay.
