    There were two front desk ladies ( One Black (Cat) and one White (Forgot name unfortunately). These two ladies mad the stay worth the price. Delightful number one, I forgot your name but you were superb. Delightful number two, Cat was a gem. God bless you both. They made my Autistic Son feel at home. I’m Tonya Polycarpe and I bid you adieu. Back to Florida we go.

    Great Staff, Great Value! ​We ended up here after an unexpected rebooking, and we were so impressed! Yes, the property is a little older and could use some updates, but it is spotless—super clean. More importantly, the staff is phenomenal. ​From the moment Kat checked us in and made my family feel like VIPs, to the housekeeping team who helped us at breakfast, the service was nonstop. Even the young woman at the front desk on check-out went out of her way to ensure we felt at home (I sadly forgot her name!). With an incredibly low price to match, this hotel is a real gem because of its people.

    Definitely needs to be updated, furniture worn, old bathrooms, funny smell to sheets, updates definitely needed. Staff is exceptional, TV good, breakfast and location good.

    We stayed here with our family of little kids for a couple of days and were so grateful at how friendly and accommodating the staff was! From the charming receptionist who gave us our rooms, to the woman who saw what we needed and stepped up, and everyone in between, we were given every courtesy and kindness. On top of that, the rooms and lobby were spotless and the amenities convenient. Definitely recommend! I’ll add that I read the reviews before booking, and thought the dissatisfied reviewers sounded a little unhinged, so I decided to book anyway. And I was right- this is a lovely place, I can now confirm!

    **edit - contrary to the owner's response, the booking was NOT made through a third party provider. I have confirmed directly with Best Western corporate office. And even if this were true, how did they not realize they were overbooked until 1/2 hour after check-in time?** They canceled my reservation VIA EMAIL half hour after check in time. I was 3 hours into a 4 hour drive to the hotel. They didn't even have the decency to call. When I called them, they insisted a third party site overbooked them and they only canceled the reservations booked through the 3rd party site. I booked directly through Best Western. They argued with me about it insisting I did NOT book through them. They didn't offer me any concessions. If I had given a full day's notice, they would've kept my entire payment for the room. They cancel 1/2 hour AFTER check-in, and don't have any consequences. I even called the corporate number & they didn't do ANYTHING...except confirm that I did, in fact, book directly with them.
