Every single tv is like that the bathrooms are disgusting mold in bathrooms and a mildew smell in the rooms. Another thing it’s like they don’t clean the soap dispensers they are visibly dirty. The rooms are not worth any amount of money they charge and that I have paid. The staff are extremely rude. I seen mangers smoking weed in the car mangers being rude to customers they talk to you like you’re stupid. The big boss also visibly had an attitude as well. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to nobody….

We were not informed that the pool heater was not functioning so it was ultimately unusable. Was told by the manager that he could offer 20 percent off on a future stay but when I called to take him up on that for our next visit he was only able to match their online price (from Holiday inns own website) and could not in fact offer us the discount previously mentioned. The pancake machine also did not work for breakfast.
