- MCMelissa CummingsAug 3, 20235.0So clean. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely can hear the highway in your room but most hotels are like that. You eventually tune it out.

When I was given towels and extra blanket in plastic comforter bag... the one female, literally pushed the bag into me... I should call the cops on her but I have 2 young children who I don't want to subject trauma to... THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I called the front desk and the female worker arrogantly told me that.they.were.hotel employees and they could make noise. Keep in mind im on the 3rd floor and the noise was coming from directly above me, sounded like a.bunch of animals were upstairs and this happened throughout my 4 day stay. I came to this hotel for rest because I had a procedure to do and did not get no rest. It was annoying and aggravating. The desk clerk did not help the situation in amy way and said it wasn't any visitors because they had checked out, so then that means that the workers clean like animals.keeping tremendous amounts of noise. I will definitely be contacting the corporate office. If you are thinking about coming here keep your money in your pocket and go somewhere else where you could find peace and quiet.
