    Rooms were dirty. I woke up with itchy eyes and sneezing. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls in the hallways. Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Will never stay here again.

    Jasmine at the front desk is excellent! The carpets need to be replaced, the bath tub was a little stained, the coffee in the lobby was warm, one pot was empty and the hot water pot for tea was empty. Breakfast was great. Clean.

    I’ve stayed here twice this year…had a great experience both times. Tich is awesome and was so helpful at front desk. It’s a decent property but the pool is outside. Gym is one of the nicer HI gyms - lots of options. The ONLY downside - I was in a room right by elevator (419). It dinged constantly. At all hours. Not a huge deal just be aware that the *19 rooms are feet away from the elevator doors.

    The front desk agent Carmela was fantastic, 3 weddings going on at the same time !!! So professional and attentive! Breakfast was great, I did get the name of my server, he goes above and beyond 😊 to make sure you get everything you need ! Will definitely stay at this hotel again !
