I typically stay at Hilton properties whenever possible and this Hanpton Inn was not even close to the quality and cleanliness I that usually comes with Hilton.
Our room was gross. Stains all over the bathroom, someone’s old soap in the shower, musty room smell and stains on the couch.
After reaching out through the app it took several hours for someone to get back to us and by the time they did, it was too late to even change rooms.
This was the worst experience I’ve had a Hilton ever. I’ve been an Honors member for years now and I’m surprised at how terrible this Hampton Inn was.

Black mold in the bathroom with no working vent. Seemed to be they painted over the previous mold as well instead of fixing the issue.

Actually giving a rating just on a phone call! We haven’t stayed yet but had some issues to take care of. We called and Beverly answered the phone and took our concerns to heart and did everything to solve the problem. Thank you!

stayed for one night and checked out the next day, the room was not cleaned well in the bathroom & walls were stained. they didn't check me out even though i went to the front desk and did it in person and were going to charge me for the original 15 day booking. proceeded to charge me an extra day still. worst experience as a diamond member. colleagues warned of this location and should have listened.
