Special mention to Tich and Jasmine at the front desk, Sam who did a wonderful job with service during breakfast and Marie in housekeeping. All staff I encountered were helpful and appeared to take pride in providing great service. Will definitely stay again when traveling to the area.

There's a shop in the lobby with lots of the usually forgotten items, along with snacks and drinks. The staff are friendly, personable, and professional. The rooms are in a very modern style. Amenities: There is a small refrigerator and microwave. Single cup coffee machine and coffee. Flat screen TV and landline telephone. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Quiet environment. Continental breakfast. Convenient location, right off two major highways, I84 and Route 17. The Hampton Inn's reward program is mentioned at check-in, several times. Wifi is free after entering your Hampton Inn's reward program information. If not a member, it's still free, with limitations. Key cards are used for side entrances to the building as well as the rooms. It's a swiping motion in front of a camera that you'll hear a click, eventually, and see a small green light that indicates the door is unlocked. Late at night, the main entrance is the same. If entering for the first time, there is a call button to a staff member inside.

Last but not least they knocked on my door twice In the morning at 930 to see if I checked out and then again at 1030 for the same. For 150 dollars it's not worth it at all and I'm a gold member
- AMangelica mackNov 28, 20251.0I’ve stayed at this hotel several times prior to last night I’ve never had a bad experience. The rooms were disgusting. The first room I checked in had no working refrigerator, stains on the towels and mattress and the walls were YELLOW above the toilet and sink. I was assigned a new room and the bathroom was also yellow in the same areas. Now I’m no expert but that could be mold or dirt, I honestly was not risking it because either way I’m paying for quality and cleanliness. As Hilton member I stay at these hotels frequently and it’s never felt more disgusting and irritating to deal with after working a 16hr shift and just wanting to rest. Unfortunately, I was not able to book at any other Hilton hotel because they don’t honor my friend’s/family discount code outside of booking in the Hilton app. I was also not able to book through the app because they couldn’t do the checkout and refund for the same day, and you can’t do 2 bookings for the same time period. After an hour dealing with the refund process, I had to book a story outside of the Hilton brand, the Microtel and when I tell the experience was 100% better and everything was CLEAN, very dated but clean! I am so disappointed as a silver member!
