  I made a last minute reservation to attend a funeral. The people working at the front desk were kind and welcoming. The lobby/breakfast area was nice, there was a little business center, and 24/7 access to a machine that makes coffee drinks. Really good hotel breakfast. There was a lot of traffic noise since it’s on a main road, but there were a few places to walk to for food, and the area felt safe. Plenty of parking. The WiFi worked well. This is an older property they seem to be gradually renovating, so the rooms and exterior weren’t perfect. My room was clean and well-supplied, and some aspects were updated. Other things like the mattress and shower head were older. I was in an exterior room, so I couldn’t really open the curtains without sacrificing privacy. But a good value overall, and I’d stay here again.

  This was our first stay here, abd we stayed in one of the outer rooms, as well as an inside room. Both were perfect! Newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Cathy and Iris at the front desk were great; very welcoming and super helpful. Continental breakfast every morning, fresh and good. All rooms provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so no need to pack those. Plenty of parking, safe and secure. This is a family owned hotel, and no, they didn't accept section 8 when the nearby Budget Inn closed...fact! My family is in Massapequa, so a convenient place to stay. If you prefer a chain hotel, head put to Rt. 110, which is not to far.

  Room was not worth the price it was charged. Beds are hard as a rock & uncomfortable, no hot water in room & pressure goes in & out, no microwave in room however like rooms had a microwave, wallpaper peeling. Room key cards stopped working less than 24 hours after check-in. The power went out which caused the tv & wi-fi to not work for hours. Breakfast was okay, it consisted of hot/cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, assorted breads, pancakes, sausage/bacon, & omelette/fried egg. Housekeeping & breakfast attendants were very pleasant!

  When you paying $350 a night you should have non issues my Room had a mouldy musty smell the first room had it.I was moved to a second room which had it as well just left my doctor's office i have an upper respiratory infection which i'm sure was caused by this room.I should be totally refunded for this stay.I will be contacting my lawyers

  Trip for family wedding so chose based on location and proximity to weekend events. Outside was well maintained and looked ok however once inside absolutely awful. Room very musty smelling, with peeling wallpaper, filthy curtains, hardware on lighting fixtures rusted and outlet in bathroom looked compromised worst part of the two night stay was the German roaches we experienced on night two on the night stand. Just left voice message for return call and will update once I hear back from hotel manager. We were up the entire night with lights on to watch for roaches. The location was good, close to great restaurants and stores. Check in was easy and polite but cannot get past the room and bugs complete hygiene and safety fail. ****** called and left message for a return call have not heard back disappointed at the lack of concern and effort to make it right
