  We arrived in the evening to several people waiting in the lobby. Jess at the front desk was on the phone when we walked in, she politely informed us that she had a guest on the phone, a couple waiting followed by a group and then it would be our turn for check in. We watched her tend to all of the guests in a calm and professional manner. When it was our turn she was polite, warm and friendly. She handled herself with grace and class, she was a great first impression as this was our first time with this hotel. The room was clean, the closet was spacious. There were two full beds, a touch lamp on the desk and a nook with the fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. The walls were a beachy sand color creating a bright and natural feel. The breakfast was a nice variety of foods including bagels, cold and hot cereals, pancakes and cinnamon rolls. Limited parking was also available on the premises. The cons. It was an adjoining room and we could hear the man in the room playing music. The time was wrong on the clock by about 15 minutes. The placement of the closet blocked the light in the entryway from flowing into the room. The hand soap while nicely mounted on the wall and conveniently a pump bottle was just out of reach of my tiny 6 year old. The elevator was also slow.

  Per usual, the location was chosen based on close proximity to work the next morning. I liked that they used Dove products in their dispensers. The dark wood finish was pretty nice as well. The iron had a retractable cord which was pretty convenient. Complimentary breakfast was great. I don't believe I have seen make your own pancakes though. I'll need to try that next time!

  Great hotel, helpful staff, cleanliness 10/10. Only bad thing would be the location, it is in Maspeth and a little far from the city in public transportation if that's what you are looking for.

  Rooms are comfortable and have what is needed for a comfortable stay. No frills.

  Got stuck in the snow and had to spend the day here. So I was just some random walk in and the woman at the desk couldn't have been nicer. She helped me get a room and made sure I had all the information I needed. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The free breakfast buffet wasnt fancy but everything was well made and delicious.
