Checked back in. Paid for 3 extra nights housekeeping never showed up the first 2 nights even after we requested it. Now I am getting charged $100 for housekeeping for the crumbs that were already on the floor. Please take pictures of the room before you stay in there because they will charge you a cleaning fee where it is not deserved. I would not sta there again!!! PLEASE BE WARE!

One day before checkout we were able to checkout 2 hours and a half later when we asked and it was subjected to availability. Will stay here again. In walking distance there is a 24 hr McDonald’s and gas station. Only downside: hotel is in a place where there isn’t much going on.

There’s easy access to nearby bus stops that connect directly to the trains, making travel into Manhattan simple and stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish, and the rooms were spotless and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Melissa at the front desk — she was truly outstanding. She was so accommodating and friendly, and took the time to give us great pointers on getting around the city. Her recommendations for places to visit and eat were spot-on and really helped us make the most of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC. Notes: Do NOT rent a car. Although this hotel offers first come parking your best bet is to do what we did. Public transportation. There is many bus routes that will take you to trains into the city and it’s simple if you follow google maps. The parking in the city just seems hectic. Plus you will be walking a lot. There aren’t too many places to eat around the area but we highly recommend Maspeth Bagels thats about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and the price was well worth it.
