- GLGary Lin6 days ago1.0The front desk person named Cristian is the worst front desk I’ve ever encountered in my life!!! He is not accommodating, he was distracting to help others, he was talking to me in a superior tone and said no to all my request （which I was just requesting my 2 rooms to be on same side of the hotel) and he instead kept saying that I am very aggressive multiple times. He raised his eyebrow when I wanted to have daily room service. He even threatened me to cancel my stay and called police!!! He really ruined my family vacation mood!!! I asked Cristian: Are you repenting holiday inn? Is holiday inn treat customer that way? He said: yes, I represent holiday inn since I am the one one here! The second day, Cristian didn’t put in room service to one of the room as we requested and he acknowledged when we checked in. So no room service! Cristian is the worse front desk associate I’ve ever encountered. He threatened me multiple times to call the police and cancel my stay. He was arrogant and ignorant to my question seven to just test the sink! I will avoid staying in this place at all for such bad experience!!!

Rooms were clean and with all the said amenities but to mention the bodylotion was too old and had a foul smell. Room service was limited and had to be asked if you wanted which was not really an issue. Breakfast was good and the lady serving was very polite. Location wise it's far from the city and we realised it afterwards that it actually costlier than living in the city coz the cab fares are criminal. Also the electricity was gone for like half an hour which was weird. Overall it was an average experience.

The positives is that parking is included which is unheard of in NYC and customer Service was very nice and professional. Rooms are clean but small and comes with free Cheese and Yogurt in the refrigerator lol I guess housekeeping forgot to look in the refrigerator.
