  Necesito de su apoyo, tuve dos reservaciones, una del 17 al 22 y otra del 22 al 23, ambas a nombre de mi esposo Aurelio Lara, de ambas se me cobraron 100dlls de depósito que no han sido reembolsados a mi tarjeta de débito, son 200 dlls que pasaron más de 20 días y no recibo, quien me puede ayudar ??

  El hotel se encontraba en plena remodelación y había mucho polvo de la obra. Al estar el hotel en obras se notaba que la limpieza no era adecuada, nos encontramos con el baño que non estaba limpio. El agua corría con mucha cal. Reservamos una habitación para 4 con camas dobles y dichas camas eran más pequeñas de lo normal. La ubicación se encuentra en Long Island y para coger transporte público hay que andar unos 15 minutos.

  Habitación de 4 con camas dobles exageradamente pequeñas incluso para una sola persona grande. La habitación no estaba limpia (bañera y lavabo con manchas visibles) y el agua salía blanca. En el hotel estaban de obras y no avisaron. De haberlo sabido, hubiésemos cancelado la reserva pero nos encontramos la sorpresa al llegar para hacer el check in.

  This hotel is in the middle of a transition from Best Western to Hampton Inn so I understand there are some growing pains with change. But honestly I have not experienced a worst hotel. The breakfast is a joke. No coffee; really. No juice. Only warm water, croissants and if one goes into the gym one can get hot water to make tea. Then there’s the fact that there is no parking available on site and the rooms with multiple carpet stains (room 1009) are the smallest rooms I have ever encountered. It essentially located in the Queens Projects. The Front Desk is very polite and tries hard to offer service; they just don’t have the tools to do so. It’s really bad. It’s also very noisy throughout the night and I was in the 10th floor.

  The hotel room itself was decent, but as many others have said, the area is not the best. The surrounding neighborhood is very dirty, has little in the way of shops or food, and can be loud with construction and businesses- although it was pretty quiet on the weekend. However, no one ever made me feel like I was unsafe as we walked through the neighborhood. I would not recommend this place for families or single women, but if you're with a partner and looking for a cheap place and don't mind the trash on your walk- this is fine. The room was decently sized and everything was in working order, but there was a lot of remodeling going on while we were there and the fire alarm also accidentally went off right after we woke up one morning.
