  I don't think I've ever had friendly staff than this hotel! For visiting New York for the first time, it could ve incredibly stressful to navigate but the front desk associates and shuttle driver were SO helpful and nice! It's such a little thing but the comfort their niceness brought just eased my worries visiting the city with our two children! We stayed the evening of April 27th, 2026. The area was a little "eh" but safe enough! Nice hotel!

  I am incredibly disappointed and angry with my experience at this hotel. To put it bluntly, I was scammed out of €500 by this establishment. When I tried to reach out to get the issue resolved, the customer support was absolutely miserable and completely unhelpful. The actual stay was just as bad. My room was entirely unsatisfactory and fell way below acceptable standards. On top of that, the Wi-Fi connection was awful, making it nearly impossible to use the internet reliably. To make matters worse, the food they served was just bad and completely unappetizing. Overall, I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances. There are far better hotels in this exact same price range where guests are actually treated with basic respect and get what they pay for. Save your money, avoid the headache, and book somewhere else!

  Nice hotel to stay. The room was clean, we had everything we needed. Staff is friendly. The breakfast was okay. -1 star because the location. Little walk to subway. Once you reached the subway it’s a 10 min ride to Manhattan.

  Overall, our stay was okay. We were in town for a wedding and stayed four nights. The location worked for our needs, breakfast was decent overall, and several staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, especially with our room change, late checkout, and getting extra plates/silverware. That said, there were a few frustrating issues. Our first room had a broken bathtub/shower diverter, so the shower would not work properly. The first maintenance visit did not really fix the issue, and the situation felt inconvenient and unprofessional, especially late at night. Thankfully, the front desk and building engineer eventually helped move us to another room on the same floor. The shuttle was a helpful amenity, but the limited hours and coordination were a little frustrating, especially with a larger group. Service also felt inconsistent at times depending on who was at the front desk. Not a terrible stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement with maintenance, communication, and consistency. I’d say it was fine overall, but not seamless.

  Just checked out and the hotel itself is fantastic, the staff, breakfast and the rooms and the room view was fantastic. It’s what you’d expect of Holiday Inn. My only issue was the location it’s located in an industrial warehouse area with very limited markets or deli around you. The shuttle service was very helpful to get to the subway, but I wish the times for drop off was longer since you have to get an uber to get back to the hotel. Besides the location the hotel and staff was fantastic.
