  We had a very pleasant stay. Well connected by subway to reach downtown, just a few steps from Queensboro Plaza station. The room was nice and the staff were excellent, always taking great care of us — especially our friend Douglas, with refreshments, water bottles and little thoughtful touches. The rooftop is absolutely the best spot for breakfast or dinner. We highly recommend it.

  Have always been fond of this part of Long Island City, but my first time at the EVEN Hotel. The room was in pristine condition with incredibly comfortable pillows; and Victoria at the front desk has been amazing. The rooftop restaurant looks promising and looking forward to it at the end of the work day. Overall, it's been exceptional so far and will definitely be back.

  Great experience at this hotel, highly recommend! Front desk staff - very kind and friendly, and super helpful on multiple occasions during my stay, made it really pleasant Location - walking distance to two subway stations - Court Sq and Queensboro Plaza, making it very easy to get into the city. Plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby, as well as a pharmacy and Target. Also felt safe returning alone at night from the Plaza station Rooms - very comfortable for solo stay, plenty of plug points, some with type B and C compatibility as well

  I recently had an extended stay at the EVEN Hotel in Long Island City, and I can confidently say it will be my go-to hotel for business travel moving forward.The entire team was absolutely amazing—Rui (Sales & Marketing Director), Douglas, Matt, and the rest of the staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and seamless. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and overall hospitality made a lasting impression. My room was consistently clean, and perfect for both relaxing and staying productive during a business trip. It’s not often you find a hotel where both the service and accommodations stand out this much, but this team really sets the standard. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.Highly recommend!

  I would like to sincerely thank Victoria at the front desk for her exceptional service. She was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. This was my first time visiting this hotel, and from the moment we arrived, Victoria warmly welcomed us. She kindly helped us store our luggage and guided us to the 24-hour beverage machine so we could enjoy some complimentary drinks. She also greeted us in such a friendly and cheerful way, which made us feel very comfortable right away. Although the standard check-in time is 3 PM, we arrived around 12 PM. Victoria clearly explained the situation and proactively checked if there was any room available for early check-in. While we were waiting, she went out of her way to help us sign up for a free membership account and get access to Wi-Fi. To our surprise, she even offered us two complimentary breakfast vouchers for the next day as a kind gesture, even though we hadn’t requested anything at all. This thoughtful act truly exceeded our expectations and made us very happy. Thanks to her help, we didn’t have to wait long and were able to check in shortly after 1 PM. I would absolutely give Victoria a full score for her outstanding service. She made our stay much more enjoyable, and we truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism.
