  I've stayed here twice now- once in nicer weather and once after the big storm at the beginning of 2026, both times on business trips. In both cases I found the hotel staff friendly, the room clean and comfortable, and all the amenities I needed either in the room or easily accessible. I spent a day working from the room this past trip and found the desk setup to be great, and the chair comfortable enough for a day of work. Really like the patio on the 7th floor- no one is ever out there and it's a nice place to sit and drink coffee in the morning. I actually walked to Manhattan- a bit of a hike but doable without much trouble (across the Queensborough bridge). Long Island is quieter than you might think, and there are hotels and things to do all within walking distance if you combine business and leisure. Highly recommend this hotel. Only downside really was the meeting facility feels like an afterthought. But we bring our own equipment so this wasn't a big deal. They're missing basic stuff like extension cords and long HDMI cables for the TV... all feels a little haphazard. Otherwise great experience.

  This hotel was actually better than expected! The location is a block away from the subway and 3 miles from Manhattan. I was lucky to find free street parking because the hotel parking is very limited (only 12 spots) costs were $550 for 3 nights. Deposit was $50/night and refunded after 24hrs. The rooms were a great size considering it being NY, they were also fully equipped to make me feel right at home. I will definitely book again next time I’m in New York. I do wish I would’ve had a better view of the city line.

  Hotel muy bonito, confortable, con una cama riquísima que no te daban ganas de levantar, la limpieza es impecable, las habitaciones son muy amplias , con un desayuno bueno y básico. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, a media calle del metro que te lleva a lo mas turístico en 15 minutos y a 40 minutos hasta el puente de brookling , esta muy bien ubicado para donde sea que quiera ir. La atención de todo el personal es excelente, en particular Juan me brindo la bienvenida y me apoyo en todo las dudas que tenia a mi llegada. Por políticas del hotel te hacen una retención de 50 dolares por día los cuales fueron devueltos automáticamente al realizar mi check out. Es mi primera vez en New York y sin duda este será mi hotel preferido en mis próximas visitas.
