  the front desk agent was very welcoming. she greet and thank me for being a platinum member; explained everything about the hotel and answer all my questions in a perfectional manner. when I mentioned that I'm a light sleeper, she tried her best to have me in a room that's away from the elevator. and I love that the room has a very nice view of the city. later on, I asked for two towels to be send up, the houseman sent it up quickly. This location is very industrial, need a little driving to the city center; But I appreciate how accommodating and friendly the staffs are.

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your restaurant to collect my delivery order. I visited your restaurant earlier today to pick up my food, but I was made to wait much longer than expected. I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but there was no proper communication or apology regarding the delay. This caused inconvenience and wasted my valuable time. As a customer, I expect timely service and better coordination, especially when collecting an order. I hope you will take this matter seriously and improve your service to avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter

  We got our flight canceled due to a blizzard and this was the only hotel with availability. They got us checked in and a room ready for us as soon as we got here. There are plenty of snack options available at a very good price. With limitations with breakfast they still had good options. They were also able to find us a restaurant that would deliver to us during this storm. The front desk man (I think his name is Freddy?) was very kind and attentive! He ran everything very smoothly with him being the only one here during this storm. Thank you!

  My review is strictly as a European, because from what I can tell from any American, this is a pretty good hotel. The rooms were great. We were really happy with them and had no issues there. Brilliant view of NYC. Breakfast - apparently pretty good on American standards, we heard a couple of people talking about how good it was. Not much choice, but had toast, bagels etc and apples (bananas seemed to be only if you asked). There was American biscuits and American gravy, which was interesting to try. There were also sausages on offer and cheese omelette, and cinnamon buns that were very popular and very tasty. While it's out of the way, the area is okay and we went to the Irish pub up the road, 5 mins away, for our first dinner as we were ready to go to sleep and didn't fancy going out into the city. There is a shuttle bus that is great getting to Vernon-Jackson subway station, but pretty awful on the way back. It takes less than 10 minutes for the shuttle to get to the station, and you're asked to call reception to pick you up. We regularly waited over 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, and on our last night waited over 30 minutes. I called as soon as we got there, and were told the driver was on the way. I called 20 minutes later and was told there was traffic, but Waze said differently. It's just speculation, but I'm pretty sure he waited longer to give the guy at reception a ride home, who ended up forgetting his keys anyway and had to come back to the hotel. Probably the least professional area of the hotel's services. Overall it's an ok hotel, I'd stay here again but would probably get an Uber to get back from the station.

  - 객실 대체적으로 나쁘지 않습니다. 금액 대비 가성비가 있다고 생각되고 히터도 뜨거운 물도 잘 나왔습니다. 객실에는 물과 슬리퍼는 없습니다. 객실마다 다를 수는 있는데 전자레인지가 구비되어 있었습니다. - 서비스 직원들은 아주 친절하지도 불친절 하지도 않은 보통입니다. 때때로 어떤 직원은 친절하기도 했고 딱 해야할만큼만 응대하는 직원도 있었지만 이 호텔은 5성급 호텔이 아니기 때문에 이정도는 이해할 수 있습니다. 호텔의 위치를 커버하기 위해 라인 7의 지하철 까지 셔틀을 운행을 하는데, 가는 편은 종이에 예약시간과 객실호수 이름을 기재하여야 합니다. 돌아오는 편은 100프로 확신하지 못하지만 호텔로 전화를 해서 불러야하는것 같았습니다. 다만 저는 버스 혹은 리프트나 우버를 이용해 돌아왔습니다. 무료로 제공되는 조식은 부족하지 않게 갖춰야할 것은 갖춰져 있습니다. - 위치 이 호텔의 최대의 단점은 위치 입니다. 셔틀로 그 부분을 메우려 했기에 저는 예약을 진행하였고. 시간은 조금 걸릴 수 있었지만 크게 신경쓰이지는 않았습니다. 주변이 공장지대 혹은 창고가 많은 곳이라 걸어서 이동하는것은 위험 할 수 있으니 호텔의 셔틀이나 버스, 우버를 이용하세요.
