    Loved it ! Clean room and property. Comfy beds. Nice fitness room. Free water! Restaurant and bar. Subway a few feet away. Starbucks and more up the street. Friendly staff. Even let us hang out in the lobby since our flight was delayed. Thanks ❤️

    This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. We booked a King room but were given a smaller bed. When we asked to be moved to the room type we paid for, we were told all King rooms were taken. I understand that can happen, especially with a late check-in due to flight delays. But what was frustrating is that when we asked for a refund of the price difference, we were told this has to be raised with the manager and that he would be available the next day (which he wasn't). One woman at the front desk also said this issue may have occurred because we booked through a third-party site, which is unacceptable and something we’ve never encountered before. This should have been a simple fix: charge us for the room we actually received. Instead, it took multiple attempts to see who was at the front desk to resolve, and one woman was finally able to process the refund. Overall, the front desk staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. They even ran out of coffee during breakfast. A friend staying at the hotel had a similar experience so this was not a one off. The entire service experience was off putting. 2 stars for decent room size and good location.

    Excelente lugar , muy amable el personal de verdad nos quedamos sorprendidos del servicio y amabilidad , deberían cambiar la foto de facebook del hotel al principio nos daba miedo porque luce muy feo en las imágenes en vivo está lindo y luce lindo al rededor del hotel , estuvimos muy contentos ,gracias por todo

    Nice room. Clean. No odor. Friendly staff. Or original room had a bit of an odor but they let us change free. Breakfast buffet was great. We had that each morning. Our credit card benefit allowed a $10/person/day meal credit which was great. Close to two subway stations. Would definitely consider staying there again! The only difficulty was that the cable TV went out for a few seconds, sometimes every couple of minutes. We didn't watch much TV though. We reported it when we left so they can check for a loose connection.

    Stayed here for one night on a business trip when Manhattan was truly completely booked. It's conveniently located, about 10-15 minutes on multiple subway lines right into Manhattan. I booked this two weeks in advance, and on the day of got multiple frantic calls about how my credit card had been declined and they were going to cancel my reservation. They hadn't even tried to charge my card and the card in my account sure worked for everything else that day. Anyway, eventually, talked to the guy and said not to worry about it. Then 3 hours later, as I'm boarding my plane, same thing repeated (new shift, I guess). I wasn't super happy about the idea of my reservation being cancelled (as I said, literally no hotels that night for some reason). So, I called them as I was boarding. I'm a Gold member, have stayed ~100 nights in Hilton hotels this year alone, never a single problem, and this hotel freaks out probably because they oversold the night. Anyway, the place is fine, a little dumpy, but that's most of New York.
