    Had a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The breakfast options were delicious, and I loved the cozy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

    This location goes above and beyond for their guests. I stay on the road and try every way possible to stay in HIES just something about this location puts them above. The breakfast is spot on!

    The staff is very polite and helpful. The kitchen serviced our members with food that was delicious and made me think of home and comfort. Our large group looks forward to meeting and staying for another weekend in 2027.

    What an amazing location! I driver an entertainer coach for a living and it isn’t always easy to find accommodating parking for 60 feet of bus and trailer - this location is perfect! Their parking lot is set up in a mezzanine style and spacious allowing for multiple large vehicles to park without impeding any smaller vehicles. My room was impeccably clean and current! They have onsite guest laundry facilities as well as a gym, pool, etc. Everyone I encountered that worked for the hotel was cherry, smiling, and welcoming! Maddy took care of my check in and made sure I was parked in the appropriate area. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and genuine! I have added this hotel to my preferred list and also passed the info along the Empire Live in Albany so they can recommend it to their artists and crews!

    I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed both the pool and the tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working during my stay. As a suggestion, the hotel only has one set of laundry machines in the entire building, so adding more would be much more convenient for guests.
