  Best Hotel in the area. I fly in and out of Albany constantly and have stayed at most of the better hotels nearby, the Trilogy is very clean, staff is always friendly, and the food is good.

  The service and food at Hotel Trilogy were excellent! I've booked multiple events here, and every single one has run smoothly. From the initial booking process to the actual meeting date, the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend for any corporate event or meeting!

  Stayed on 2/17/2026. My wife and I travel apart so we are both listed on the folio. One of us checks in and the other arrives whenever. Hotel front desk decided I was not joining my wife who had already checked in and denied our bev credit. I am assuming when they texted my cell phone to ask me how things were, and I responded, that would have been a good indicator. I called and after speaking to two individuals, I was told that I really needed to speak with Charles. No thank you. Enjoy the refused 15 dollar bev credit and the one star review. Your front desk rocks.

  Our stay at The Trilogy Hotel in Albany was unexpected — the venue for our event was fully booked, and we were fortunate to find a room available at The Trilogy. I am so glad we did! From the moment we checked in, the experience was exceptional. I happened to have a bad headache and quietly mentioned it to my husband. Charles at the front desk overheard and immediately handed me a small pack of aspirin. That thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. It was such a simple act of kindness, but it meant so much. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. As breakfast people, we also have to mention the wonderful experience at The Parc. Joanne greeted me with a warm smile and a cheerful “good morning,” making sure I had everything I needed. It was the perfect start to our day. A special thank you to Charles, Amanda at the front desk, and Joanne at The Parc for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back in the fall for our NYSAR meetings. Thank you all for a great experience!

  I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Trilogy. The location is incredibly convenient for anyone traveling through ALB, as it is just minutes away from the airport. Despite the proximity to the runway, the rooms were quiet and soundproofed well. The hotel itself has a unique, boutique feel that sets it apart from standard airport hotels. The decor is modern and stylish, and the entire property felt fresh and very clean. The team at the front desk was welcoming and efficient during check-in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Latham or near the Albany airport. It is a step above the usual chains.
