Morning breakfast is well stocked and has the usual options. The only downfall is the window in the room doesn’t block the sun in the morning. See the picture of no light on in the room just the sun blasting through the sides of the blinds.

I rushed out and now have to find somewhere else to do my hair and makeup. What's the point of a membership... Morning is off to an inconvenient start. I would stay somewhere with better customer service next time.

IHG will believe them and tell you they’re looking into it. I’ve been trying to get my money back since June. Still have nothing. Still no help from IHG. Not even points for the way I was treated. Canceled my IHG membership. Which I’m sure no one cares. But I do. The manager Sheila is as evil as she appears to be. Don’t ever expect an apology from her, like you get from a good manager. Instead of simply showing compassion she just shows how annoyed she is. She will kick you out for being uoset about being miss treated by her staff and finding pubic hairs on the bed sheets. Not 1 I’m sorry from none of the staff. It was just. Well you can leave. Stay here at your own risk.

What I booked was not what I received. Front desk would not refund me the difference or move me. I paid more money for a regular room. I booked a room with a bathtub and got half a shower and no tub! They were not empathetic at all. Told me I was out of luck and blamed Expedia.
