  The stay was wonderful here! Rooms were clean, nice pool, very good breakfast, good location. The service staff were great! I had lost glasses behind a table in my room. I called them to see if they could find them and upon double checking they found them!! This went above and beyond for customer service and I am very grateful because they are my favorites sunglasses. I would highly recommend staying here. I am happy and pleased with this hotel overall!

  We had the reception for my wife's funeral in the gazebo here. The staff were very professional, the food was good, and we never felt rushed.

  I've stayed at many HIE locations around the US. This is one of the best....in terms of cleanliness, friendliness, amenities and not far from the airport. The breakfast area was staffed by a kindly lady who kept everything full and available. Great coffee station and water available to guests. Only downside is that I have IHG top tier status and had to pay $ for early check in.

  The location is perfect it is close to everything you could ever need. I stayed here for a few weeks with my special needs child after we had a house fire and everyone was so accommodating understanding and sympathetic. When I first made the reservation we were put on the 4th floor but after letting them know my special needs son runs and jumps they gave me no issue putting us on first floor. The pool is a nice accommodation and the hot tub was nice to relax in. The breakfast is superior better than any hotel breakfast I have ever had. It's fresh everyday. It wasnt nice to go through the trauma of a house fire but to have a wonderful staff made it that much easier. I didn't have to worry about cleaning the house keepers are on top of it. I don't understand these bad reviews from people who have stayed 2-4 days having such a horrible time when I was there over a month and didn't have a single bad experience. The breakfast lady I will say does kind of rush you so she can clean up early. But other than that the staff are pleasant the manager actually cares about her establishment. The rooms are clean and they use the good dove soap and shampoo and conditioner! Anytime I need a break or just want somewhere new I will always stay here. Thank you to the entire crew at holiday inn Latham.

  I've had two conferences here and was very happy...even impressed...with the quality food, the outstanding service, and the decor. I heard from several people in attendance how great the food was and how nice the room looked. I've driven by the Holiday Inn a thousand times before knowing they had such incredible accommodations. I'm so glad I know now. I've already made reservations for conferences for the remainder of 2026!
