The first room I was given smelled strongly of dog urine and mold, so I asked to change rooms. The receptionist moved me to a room that was supposedly only pet-free for two months — but it still had a bad odor, and even the pillows smelled terrible. The staff did replace the pillow when I asked, but it didn’t make much difference. Overall, this is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The carpets, air quality, and cleanliness are unacceptable. Never booking this hotel again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
