    We were very pleased with our room and the (brief) contracts we had with the staff. We stayed in a king suite that was set up very nicely for use. A comfortable bed with pillows that were usable. A loveseat with two small ottomans. A peninsula at a usable height with a TV on one side. A nice sink near the entrance to the room. A under-the-counter fridge. The bathroom was excellent with a very usable closet with hangers that are convenient to use. The bathtub/shower wasn't slippery and the shower pressure was adequate (I thought it was fine. The towels were large. The only problem with the room I had was that there wasn't any notepaper or pen in the room (nor a Bible). The room temperature was controlled by a wall thermostat. There were four outlet plugs for each side of the bed!! The breakfast was on par with other free motel breakfasts. Some of the apples were soft, so I threw (two) out before I found a fine one. All of it was much better than paying for breakfast! My wife and I were very pleased with this and will remember the Hampton Inn for the future. All of the staff I spoke with (3) were very pleasant. About 3 miles from rt 87 north by.

    Beds were uncomfortable, clothes hangar mounted on wall fell off. Breakfast wss decent. Staff friendly.

    The rooms are very clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. If you have any issues, the staff will help you resolve them. The area is safe and convenient. Definitely recommend staying here.

    Fine with major exception: pool was freezing and we were here for a winter get away. Do not come for the pool in winter.

    Nothing but attitude from the front desk over needing a form that no other Hampton Inn has ever requested, cancelled reservation immediately. Had the girl at the front desk handled it without the extreme attitude we would have figured it out as we did at another hotel.
