Checked in around 4pm on a Saturday, despite early check in the front desk guy still gave me a room right next to the elevator. Even though I requested a room away from elevator. Front desk person was not professional and been a bit racist, treat customers based on their skin color.

This is a pet-friendly hotel with no option for non-pet rooms, which is a big problem since all the rooms are carpeted. The first room I was given smelled strongly of dog urine and mold, so I asked to change rooms. The receptionist moved me to a room that was supposedly only pet-free for two months — but it still had a bad odor, and even the pillows smelled terrible.
The staff did replace the pillow when I asked, but it didn’t make much difference. Overall, this is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The carpets, air quality, and cleanliness are unacceptable. Never booking this hotel again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Everything went wrong more or less, but none of it was the staff’s fault. I want to thank the staff for patience and caring while everything was a mess. First, on check in, the credit card reader and computer went down, so credit card transactions were on paper, and mine was rejected. The WiFi didn’t work, but they were ready for that with backup codes. Then, the AC wouldn’t respond to the wall remote, so the front desk guy tried changing the batteries. That failed so he offered a new room (we just asked for more blankets, which he promptly brought). Finally just before 7 am the AC finally turned off but funny thing, it was because the entire hotel lost power. After a dark but warm shower, we went down for a breakfast which the kitchen staff was making the best of! The cute Halloween light up pumpkin 🎃 at the check in desk never failed. It was a nice visit! And they reduced our bill by about 25% also.

I was not expecting anything luxurious, but unfortunately this stay was very disappointing. The room was not very clean — the mattress had visible stains, there was hair in the bathtub and bathroom, and the toilet seat was broken. The pool water also did not look well maintained.
The worst part was during breakfast: while we were at the buffet with my kids, we saw a mouse running around in the dining area. Staff that saw it did not look bothered at all. He only replied: “ yeah, we have a mouse problem” That was completely unacceptable and very concerning, especially with children present. We immediately went back to our room, packed our bags, and checked out early.
This was not a comfortable or hygienic experience, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

Check in clerk had a terrible attitude. Acted like I was an imposition on check in. Our room was never serviced. We stayed two nights. When we returned to our room in the evening the beds hadn’t been made & bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Would never stay there again. For an over $400 stay we should have had service.
