We planned a vacation during Christmas week and ended up loving our time after our first night in a different hotel went south. When a terrible experience elsewhere left us scrambling for a new place to stay, the staff at the Best Western could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They quickly found us a room and let us check in early. We were able to leave the first hotel and move directly into our room at the Best Western. The room and location could not have worked out better for us. In between our adventures exploring the area, Olympic sites, skiing, skating, sight-seeing, etc. we enjoyed resting and recharging with coffee and hot chocolate by the lobby fireplace and Christmas tree as well as in our comfortable, quiet, and well equipped room. The breakfast each morning was also great for our family. The hotel and rooms could use some updating, but overall has rustic charm, is in a prime location to walk the town, the staff was attentive, helpful and did a great job maintaining and cleaning during a busy, snowy week. We extended our stay an extra night and again the staff was able to work with us to find a great solution. I would definitely stay again and next time bring our bathing suits to enjoy the pool.

No, but it is clean, the staff is extremely friendly, the continental breakfast is great and the rooms are very good sized! The location on Main Street, directly across from the Olympic Center, is fantastic! Can't wait to come back!
