My room was ok aside from the multiple small hairs on the shower walls from previous guest. The highlight of the hotel was breakfast it was ran by Paul (I only know his name because I asked for the review). Paul was the most amazing happy and jovial hotel staff member I have ever encountered and I have traveled plenty. Every hotel needs a Paul. Cannot stress enough how he elevated the experience just by being nice. The service rating of 5 stars and overall 5 star rating is because of Paul.
