We are staying here on a Sunday night of Presidents Day Weekend in February. We were very excited to enjoy the pavilion food and drinks and look at the Hudson River since it was almost 40 degrees out, but the pipes were frozen so they weren’t serving drinks and they weren’t serving food (which they did not tell us before our stay). We were very excited for our cute little room, but it was so hot we could barely breathe. We went down and were told that all the rooms were set to 77 degrees but they would help and turn it down to 75. We were very excited to enjoy a drink at the bar after dinner out (we went to Sorry, Charlie - highly recommend!!!) but the dining room and bar are not open on Sunday nights (which they didn’t tell us).
We are currently sitting in our room with the door open and a box fan going that we found in the hallway to try and cool the room.
Overall, for the cost I absolutely do not recommend going in February.
On the plus side I can say that the brunch was excellent and the staff are kind
Still I don’t see us ever coming back.

I have never in my life written a Google review and stay in 50+ hotels / year so this should speak volumes.
Do not stay here. I have NEVER experienced worst customer service and more disrespectful management than I did at Hutton Brickyards. There were several instances of this every day but it was glaringly obvious that there was new management (that does not put customers first), that all employees are new and have not worked in service and that nobody knows the rules in general.
For reference, we were told that there were only 10 cabins occupied this past weekend so none of this was due to a high volume of customers.
1) We saw on the restaurant website that they do to-go orders. We checked in late at night and I wanted to place a to go order. The front desk said they don’t do take out because the experince is “eating at the restaurant”. I told them it’s on their website and they quickly changed their mind and got us dinner.
2) The parking lot is a far walk from the cabins and it was 5 degrees out. We were told upon getting to the parking lot someone would be there to take us. Nobody was there. We had to call twice and wait in the freezing cold for 10 min until someone got us.
3) the worst of all - we have a service dog and made that clear before arriving. Upon arrival I explained the exact service that the dog provides (which is personal). The next day we were in the main house playing games and the manager came over and spent 15 mins rudely and condescendingly questioning us about the services that the dog provides. When she was dissatisfied with our answer, she rudely and ILLEGALLY continued to probe to ask more details about the service the dog provides, beyond what we are legally required to disclose. She then brought the other manager in to question us on top of her and ask the same questions. It was the most uncomfortable and disrespectful encounter I have ever had in 10 years of having a service dog.
4) when we checked in, I was told we could have breakfast delivered to our room at 9 AM. The next morning, I got a text at 9 10 that breakfast was being serviced in the main house (several min drive away). I responded that we were told we’d have breakfast deliv red and their response was “who told you that” - truly the most unprofessional service. When they said they don’t do delivery, I asked if we could get a golf cart to the main house. They said no.
5) when checking out we called to ask for a golf cart - they said “let us check with management and call back in one minute”. Nobody ever called back and we walked 30 mins in the winter to our car with all of our luggage.
I do not recommend anyone stay here right now, I recommend they do intensive training for their employees on how to treat customers that are paying $400+ per night to stay.

Wow, I don't even really know what to say here, that's how amazing my experience was. It's absolutely beautiful. Year round it's amazing and it's fun in the sun during the warmer months. But something about being here during winter was...magical. High class, intimate, romantic place for your partner and you to have a quiet getaway. The bar has fun cocktails both in the mansion and at the pavilion. The food was PHENOMENAL. My favorite was the truffle fries. They actually used real shaved truffle on top instead of just truffle oil like a lot of other places, so I appreciate the commitment to the craft. Complimentary breakfast was *chefs kiss*. Fun night time hangout at the fire pits with s'mores and brick oven pizza all night. I need to come back and stay in those cabins, I stayed in the mansion and it was the best sleep I've had in months. But you know what the stand out feature was? The staff. From the greeters, to the bartenders, to the management, they really made you feel special. Efficient, attentive, warm and welcoming. I can honestly keep going about how amazing the experience here was but I think I'll cut it here, just go see for yourself.

What a beautiful, cozy, and arousing location. The idea of getting a hotel room was quite tempting. The food was delicious. Our waitress Daniella was attentive and provided excellent suggestions. Akeily showed us around and gave us an intimate tour of the restaurant. Great hospitality.

My husband and I just finished our second stay at Hutton Brickyards. It remains lovely and has even improved! The dinner at the Mansion was lovely and service was attentive. The rooms are so comfortable. If you can shell out for a Riverview King, you should! It’s absolutely the best view of the Hudson river and is a beautiful friend to spend our mornings and evenings. It is incredibly peaceful on the premises and the team there is ready to help at a moment’s notice. We also timed our stay with the NYE celebration, which was a real treat. The staff did a marvelous job transforming the space into a club, and we had so much fun dancing the night away with our friends. We can’t wait to come visit again. Thanks, HB!
