I like that this Hilton property is clean & had adequate drawer space for clothes and ample hangars, which is not usually the case for the many Hilton properties in which I've stayed. The young man at the front desk on a weekday afternoon was welcoming & friendly. The person at the front desk on another weekday late afternoon was not as presentable as one expects from a Hilton property. The heating system needs a lot of attention: its display cannot show the proper temperature as the numbers are cut off, and it is difficult to adjust the temperature. Breakfast is good, but I do not understand this chains' eggs which are cookie cutter like, and taste as though they had been stamped into omelets, then frozen, then microwaved.

Old Hotel that needs renovation. My room only had one charge port all the way in the corner where there was only a small stand to put items to charge. This is the only Hampton Inn where the front desk receptionists are allowed to wear hoodies on their head! You are not in your home lounging! HR is for at home and resting not at your job at the front desk. I would not stay again. Needs updates and staff front desk training.

They stole my shirt. I left an item and they informed me it can be mailed to me within 90 days. After I sent them the authorization form to cover the shipping they ghosted me and informed me 6 months later that the shirt is gone. It is obvious they stole it. Not the standard you would expect from Hilton hotels. They also repeatedly insisted that 17 October is more than 90 days after 28 July. Clearly someone needs to go back to primary school
