La salle de bain est grande et avec une cabine de douche qui l’est tout autant. Des produits d’hygiène et du linges de toilette sont à disposition. Je trouve regrettable de bruit du chauffage qui se déclenche en pleine nuit. Le petit-déjeuner est selon moi à améliorer avec des viennoiseries chaudes et peu être plus de produits salés.

She gave me recommendations for some amazing eateries in the downtown Kingston area. The hotel is within perfect proximity to downtown Kingston and the town of Saugerties . Plenty of hiking trails in the vicinity as well. There is literally everything you need within walking distance to the hotel as well which made it the perfect destination for our weekend getaway in the Catskills. Thank you so much Gothika and Hampton Inn for the amazing weekend.

As a Hilton Honors member, I’ve always trusted this property to deliver a consistent and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit for a family function was extremely disappointing. I’ve brought my service dog with me here before without issue, but this time, while in the breakfast area, a staff member insisted that I leave because “service animals weren’t allowed.” My service animal is federally registered, and I later learned that the individual who made this request was Estrella, a senior member of staff. It’s shocking to see senior staff at a Hilton-branded hotel fail to understand the basics of service animal laws—something that should be second nature in the hospitality industry. This not only disrupted my stay but left me feeling singled out and disrespected in a place I had long been loyal to. Hampton Inn Kingston has always been a reliable choice for me, but this experience has seriously shaken my confidence in their professionalism and sensitivity. I hope management takes immediate steps to ensure their staff are properly trained, because no guest with a service animal—let alone a Hilton Honors member—should ever be treated this way.
- EAEric AbbottSep 5, 20253.0Room was very clean. Mattress was too soft for me, but I like my mattress hard. Not their fault. Breakfast was amazing for a continental meal. Coffee all day was good as well The problem comes that I stayed for four days. The bathroom was never serviced. My room was serviced just once. Garbage overflowed, only one small refuse, doesn’t fit much. Even thought housekeeping couldn’t find it but once, the ants found it right away. I had them everywhere since the garbage piled up. Even made it to the bed. Other than lazy house made service, all was good.
