    Pool was out of service, and no free breakfast, but offerings were the same as their free breakfast. Game room takes quarters only but didn’t have a coin machine. We were interested in the pool tables but didn’t see any pool cues; granted we did not ask the front desk, but there wasn’t any signage that they even had any there. Place is definitely old. Has a bit of a smell, mostly of smoke. Really clean for the age and tier of hotel, I’ve stayed in “nicer” places with dirtier bathrooms. Couldn’t find a menu online or in the room for their on-site restaurant, so we skipped it this time. Overall not a bad place, just really run down and low on staff. Multiple guests in front of us at check in complained about the pool closure and got a free breakfast. We checked in patiently and politely and were offered nothing.

    Kevin is the best customer service for any desk.. love his energy for life and for his job.. I really a joyed my time here and definitely was because of the care he shows for his customers.

    For the past few years, we are there for a weekend in February for a festival. This is an AMAZING venue for such events: great concert hall, indoor court-yard with a swimming pool, gym, arcade machines, etc. Rooms are nice and clean and have all the neccessary amenities. The personal is always extremely helpful and friendly. A true pleasure to come back every year!

    The bad reviews are real. This hotel is not what it used to be. Customer service seems to be an unknown concept to the staff. The room smelled strongly of chlorine, the wallpaper had water stains and was peeling, and the pool was closed. There were leaks in multiple common areas, and the carpets were wet — which raises concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. There are much nicer hotels in the area that are better maintained, offer breakfast, and cost less. I would not recommend staying here.

    Check in seemed easy. Was given my room key and went and checked into our room. Opeed the door and the light and the TV was on. We thought it was strange but we proceeded, the room was fully made and nothing was out of place - except for the TV being on. We laid down, in about an hour later we heard someone trying to use the keypad to get into the room. I look through the peephole and there was a gentleman holding keys looking confused why his keys weren't working. I hesitantly opened the door and the gentleman said This is my room.... AND showed me his key sleeve I said I have a key sleeve with keys for the same room too "We just checked in an hour ago" and then he said "Was the TV and the light on"? and I said yeah, he goes, "yeah cuz it's my room I was in here I went out" I asked the gentleman if he wanted me to go to services and he said he'll go. I went and called services and they played dumb, and said that's weird and then the same guy that checked me in asked me if a female checked me in, and I said, no it was you. and he goes okay it's taken care of, and then hung up. In addition to this the listing has been incorrect for years and uses false advertisement to coax their customers to come stay at their location with an indoor heated swimming pool that is inoperable and for many years...... The hotel was advertised as having a indoor headed pool. All thier listings have it as A heated indoor pool. The listed isnt updated and still advertising their pool, but when you arrive the pool is shut down, emptied and out of use. My wife and I felt uneasy for the rest of the night wondering if someone was going to use a key to open the door or walk in and wondering how does a concierge check-in desk, Give two different people the same key and book the same room to two different customers. Are they not keeping records of these things, and how many times does this happened in the past. In addition the inside could use a huge facelift. The doors are all dingy brown the carpet is stained all throughout. The door walking into the building at the rear Entrance4 in case any of the robbers want to know, security feature is inoperable. Key access panel is broken, You just open the door, You don't need a key to access. Anybody can walk into the building at anytime..
