Throughout the weekend, she was professional, efficient, and friendly. Diane was at the reception desk at other times and she was a delight! The Holiday Inn was spotlessly clean--rooms and public areas. Rooms were well-thought out. We look forward to returning again soon. Thank you for helping to make our family reunion a special time for us all.

- HOHeather OliverOct 12, 20251.0I went here for a wedding that started at three p m.Check in is three p m, so called twice spoke to kyle.Asked for early check in not only was he rude and unprofessional.We did not end up getting checked in early matter of fact, we didn't get checked in until four thirty p m. After the wedding, I spoke with management about how my trip had started.And they offered me two free breakfasts, even though their website says that their breakfast is free. Then, I get home and check my bank account and they more than doubled, what I got billed for so I had to call and speak with them yet again and deal with rude front end staff. I will never go here again.Nor would I ever recommend this hotel to anybody?I know.
