Not much around, older hotel with nice updates. Not the friendliest check in experience!

My room was clean. Nice accommodations. The bad experiences was the bill. Upon arriving I was asked for my credit card and handed a bill on which I sign my name in agreement for $ 156.75. Then in the morning upon leaving, someone slipped another bill under my door for 175.56. I did not sign this new bill. Be prepared to be deceived.!! The proper way would be to include the tax at the giving of credit card. Shady. Unnecessary...Here I became an IHG member.....I don't think so!!

I went here for a wedding that started at three p m.Check in is three p m, so called twice spoke to kyle.Asked for early check in not only was he rude and unprofessional. We did not end up getting checked in early matter of fact, we didn't get checked in until four thirty p m. After the wedding, I spoke with management about how my trip had started. And they offered me two free breakfasts, even though their website says that their breakfast is free. Then, I get home and check my bank account and they more than doubled, what I got billed for so I had to call and speak with them yet again and deal with rude front end staff. I will never go here again.Nor would I ever recommend this hotel to anybody?I know.

Upon entering the lobby I tried to spike to speak with Kyle and we are there for the conference. But I wanted to speak to Kyle about the rates for the rooms and they'll figure out what was going on. As far as like, do they have a weight room so on and so forth. I got shut down by both gentlemen. Their words very rude won't stay there. Think that the customer service well is non-existent go somewhere else.

This location is very disappointing. While the staff isn't outright rude, they come across as hostile. As an IHG Diamond member, I've stayed here many times, but this will be my last visit. The check-in process feels more like an interrogation, with questions about whether I have a dog or a trailer. There are incidental charges, and I'm warned that I’ll be charged for any damage. What if I did have a trailer? Perhaps it's an issue because the parking lot is filled with storage containers, which could explain the suspicion I feel from the staff.
The hostess at the bar for food service is just as unfriendly. I've stayed at this IHG hotel about 50 times in the last three years, and I can confidently say this will be my last stay.
