She upgraded us to a suite and put us right across the hall from the pool which my little one was very happy about. That showed how Delaney actually cared about the happiness of our experience and the comfortability of our overall stay. She was friendly and personable. The hotel itself was cozy and inviting. The bed was AMAZING!! My only complaint is that the pool was frigid. That would be great if it had been outside but not in an enclosed setting. Other than that breakfast was hot, bountiful and filling. The young man who was overseeing the dining area was on the job to keep it top shelf. He did a stellar job and should be commended. And last but most assuredly not least Erica, although a very brief interaction this morning, was fantastic. She was all smiles, and warm in her execution of our checkout. She was very expedient and proficient in her duties. She was a blessing to talk to. I most assuredly highly recommend this location. This marks my 115th stay this year so I definitely have a valid juxtaposition.
