  WiFi was regularly disconnecting and received condescending tone from front desk manager when I brought this to his attention. At check in it took three tries to get room keys that would work. Room shower fixtures falling off.

  My stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Sutphin Blvd ultimately left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. During my visit, I noticed what appeared to be an unfamiliar device in the room, along with signs that the space may have been tampered with prior to my arrival. I reported my concerns to the authorities, but no clear explanation or resolution was provided, which only added to my unease. There were also smaller details that contributed to the overall experience; unusual noises from fire alarm fixture and a general sense that the room had not been properly inspected or prepared. At this price point, around $200 per night I expected a much higher level of professionalism, maintenance, security and reassurance. While the hotel offers basic amenities like continental breakfast and convenient access to the airport, the consistent disturbance during my attempts to rest & overall experience did not justify the cost. I would recommend others proceed with caution and carefully consider whether the price aligns with being recorded by the hotel staff, the level of comfort they’ll provide and lack of confidence in the ability to provide comfortability.

  Stayed for 1 night and got there very late. Wilson was so friendly, genuine and accommodating! Helped us with a baby crib and a confortable room despite being very late at night. The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast included was great as well. Thank you very much!

  Gary at the front desk was very considerate, friendly and kind- he went out of his way to show me where to park my rental car for free, even coming outside to point it out. What a kind soul he is- his temperament and wholesomeness is exactly who you need at the front desk. Thank you Gary! 🙌🏻❤️🙏🏻🤗 Youre awesome!

From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction—Gary genuinely made me feel valued and welcomed. Because of him, my stay was not just comfortable, but memorable.
