The service at the front desk couldn't be better. The breakfast is perfect (need to ask for yogurt, but it comes quickly). The neighborhood is diverse and not wealthy, but there were amazing restaurants near by. Had a little maintenance problem, but they were on that quickly. We had no car, so for us—needing to get to JFK early in the morning—it was a perfect base. Wish the price was cheaper, but come on! This is New York!

Location- close to the bus stop. the photo of the hotel was taken from the bus stop area. However, the street is kinda sketchy. Someone asked for money but I think that's just the area in general... value for money
