It was just one small bag of Cheetos inside a large Holiday Inn bag, kind of sad. Overall the hotel was nice and clean but it is a little bit loud you can hear everything in the hallway people making noise, talking, slamming doors all of the noise flows right into your room, so have earplugs if you are a light sleeper

Our check out is tomorrow and they lock key today , when I go there and ask why then nothing proper answer. This is harassment to customer . I don’t understand what they get to do these things with customer. This is just harassment. I never stay in this hotel.

The service at the front desk couldn't be better. The breakfast is perfect (need to ask for yogurt, but it comes quickly). The neighborhood is diverse and not wealthy, but there were amazing restaurants near by. Had a little maintenance problem, but they were on that quickly. We had no car, so for us—needing to get to JFK early in the morning—it was a perfect base. Wish the price was cheaper, but come on! This is New York!
