    This hotel claimed it was connected The airport terminal. It wasn’t. We had to take a shuttle through hundreds of potholes zigzagging back-and-forth for about 10 minutes to get to the hotel.We had to wait for a long time for hot water to come. Lots of rumbling and noises throughout the evening.

    Not a great experience with Saudia Airlines putting us up there for a night (so far) after cancelling flights. You pay a fortune for Business Class seats and they put you up in a less than economy hotel. We looked at the menu for dinner and the buffet and luckily was able to walk a block to the Quincy and have dinner. Having to negotiate whether you could use the lunch voucher for the snacks was also disappointing. Anyway, hopefully it is only one night 🤞

    I made a reservation here due to a fat finger mistake on hotels.com and despite contacting hotels.com and the property immediately (within an hour), I was refused a refund and was forced to pay the full cost of a stay I did not want and did not use. Customer service was rude and indifferent to the situation; after all, they got their money and didn't care about conning me out of $268 plus a $150 hold for incidentals on a room I never even checked into. I will avoid hotels.com and DoubleTree hotels at all costs in the future.

    Nice hotel near JFK Airport. I did enter the room and found that the previous guest had killed a small cockroach on the wall over the TV. The TV remote didn't work and while the app provided a "TV remote option" it still didn't work. The hotel restaurant was the only option due to the blizzard that occurred upon arrival. The food was good and staff were very diligent. The door control battery died and we were locked out of our room for a good thirty minutes, to wait for maintenance.

    I’ll start with saying I will be back! I initially called to make sure my reservation was registered in the system (we all know how it is booking through a third-party system) and Maria answered the phone very rudely, gave me incorrect information and placed me on hold for over 20 mins. I called backed and spoke to Latoya who easily found my reservation, was informative and so polite. Truly a professional sweetheart. When I checked-in Ahmal the most patient and kind staff member I’ve met yet, got me all set in about 3 min. Amazing! The room was clean, modern and comfy. I had an amazing stay honestly. Maria almost ruined it but her amazing co-workers made my experience so smooth and pleasant, like I said I will be returning. Thank you guys!
